Taking advantage of the 14-day trial period on the recom platform.by, I created my own online store Terse with sportswear. I want to share your feedback.
There is a lot of information available on the platform about the work and creation of an online store, everything is freely available. But I preferred to choose a shorter and faster, in my opinion, option for studying interaction with the platform — video tutorials. There are only 8 of them, the duration is no more than 10 minutes. Everything is explained in a clear language (you can set the speed to 1.5x). After spending 1.5 hours, I created my own online clothing store.
First of all, I filled in the general information: the name of the store, a brief description , address, phone numbers for communication, time and order processing settings. I have set up payment using a convenient method. I have enabled different shipping methods. Changed different order statuses. Later, I set up all the sections, product categories, and added subsections. I added products, photos to them, a brief description, and parameters. Added filtering.
I got acquainted with the text editor, designed the pages and their descriptions.

I have been working with the Recomers platform since 2019. Everything was good, convenient, understandable. But... In addition to the online store, I also had a trading pavilion, which has now become unprofitable. Due to the closure of this pavilion, it is urgently necessary to pay the remaining rent. When transferring the lease, I mistakenly generated a payment card for the Requester. The amount is not very large (4.5 months of subscription fee), but now I really need it, it's just burning. And as if on purpose, there was a malfunction in the bank, I did not immediately see that the payment was sent to the wrong address. Usually, in the case of such erroneous transfers, everyone meets halfway and the issue of refund is resolved. But in the case of Recomers, this is not the case. You will not get an understanding of the situation here. They are "special" in this regard. And life is striped. Things don't always happen exactly the way you want them to. And all people can make mistakes. It's a shame that the Recomers staff reacted this way to the request for a refund. Be careful when transferring money for the services of the Recomers platform. It's so easy to lose face over small things... But a reputation has been built up over the years. Is it worth it?
