Terrible production. I do not advise anyone to cooperate with them. Unfortunately, I've been working with them for 3 years now. I didn't want to change it, because I invested a lot of my money in their shoals and product development, I hoped and believed that the quality and competencies would increase. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I lost money and time.
1. I'll start with a good one: the marketing department is probably the only department that works well.
2. In 3 years of work, I have changed 4 managers, all left this production.
3. I starred in a commercial for them for free, hoping for a partnership. But when you need something from them, silence and "we will consider ..."
4. Somehow they produced part of the party (not the first one) with marriage. I personally checked it, but you can't open every jar. We sell our products on marketplaces — negative reviews have been showered. I came with questions: we are partners (and that's exactly what they said when they had to star in a commercial). The answer is to make a discount (this is about 5% of the order amount, despite the fact that 20% was defective + very strong reputational losses).
5. I am generally silent about the production time - to disrupt them for a month is the norm.
6. At the moment, a batch has been produced that does not correspond to the reference sample. There is no answer to the question, again frozen money and wasted nerves.
7. When resolving controversial issues, it is impossible to contact the management,

I have been working with the manager of Rekish cosmetics Oksana for more than a year, I like everything, the quality is super, the products are excellent, if there are delays in production, they always notify. A lot of developments have been done, and all are cool. I will continue to cooperate with them
