One of the disadvantages is that the rooms are cold. When it's cold outside and you come to the room and it's cold. Not only was it cold, but the phone was not working in the suite. The device itself was not connected and there were no wires. When they went down to the reception and said that the phone was not working, the girl there replied that it was necessary to connect the wires. But we would have been happy to connect it ourselves, but there were no wires. This is the first thing. And secondly, this is not the responsibility of the guests, but of the hotel. Guests should not fix something in the rooms themselves.

A beautiful hotel in the city center. The elevator has a glass wall, going up, you can explore the surroundings- it's beautiful! However, I do not advise you to take a room facing the street - the horns of minibuses can be heard until late in the evening. Many thanks to the administration - they came to meet me and moved me to a room with windows on the other side. The first room had another disadvantage for me - the air conditioner hung over the bed, but the second one did not. Both rooms were economy on the 6th floor, of course they are small, maybe it's a little cramped for two large people, it was okay for me alone. The only strange thing is that there was a kettle in the room, but there were no glasses, but the receptionist brought it. There is no ironing room, but when I asked, the iron was also quickly brought to the room. The receptionist speaks Russian very well and is very attentive. The breakfast menu is varied. A beautiful lounge area in the lobby on the 6th floor.
In general, the review is for 3.5, but I did not want to set a lower limit, but went on the principle of half full. The first filling out of some forms at the reception, before that we were in Andijan and Ferghana, there was no such thing. The second employee kept silent about the promotion for which it was possible to get a 5% discount, there was a sign, but we paid attention only after payment. The money in them is also in advance... I have nothing against it, but how many times have I been in hotels, Pete always checks ... the rooms are small. The door in the shower stall is broken. The location is so-so, there is no civilized place to eat within a kilometer radius. These are the disadvantages. Of the advantages, it is neatly clean, there is a lot of work space in the lobby on the floors. The staff is polite and friendly. There are rooms. The price is 600k for a double standard.
