We stayed here in October 2024 for 1 night. The location suited us, 7 minutes from the railway station, 15-20 minutes to the old town along the paved boulevard. The breakfasts are quite good, the interior of the hotel is beautiful, the room itself, despite the Superior category, seemed simply rustic, but everything was necessary (water, slippers, clean towels). They took money for early check-in, and also asked to pay a tourist fee of 100,000 soums for two. I recommend the hotel.
I also recommend the Sofra restaurant next to the hotel. You won't find anything better in Khiva, and for the same money as the cafe-eateries in the old town.
A very shabby hotel, not worth the money.
Of the good ones - breakfasts, a rich selection of dishes. The location is generally good, 10 minutes on foot to the old town and 10 minutes on foot from the train station too.
A new 3* hotel in the neighborhood of new hotels near the old town. Clean, with oriental charm. Some rooms are decorated with drawings on the ceiling.. But everything is too pretentious. the door to the room is green and gold, Louisianan furniture with bells and whistles, while there is no chair to sit in front of the mirror, a plastic curtain hangs on one hook in the bathroom, there is no light switch by the bed. Wallpaper and bedspreads with a pattern. There is no style. The refrigerator is in the corner. I wanted to rearrange the furniture all the time. The beds are comfortable. Shampoo and gel in a paper bag. 2 good towels, slippers. Breakfast buffet. There is plenty to choose from. The staff is polite, caring, eager to help. There is water in the room and there is a whole cupboard with free water at the reception. The hotel can be reached on foot from the Old Town in 15-20 minutes, but it's hard in the heat.
