6) There is no remote control from the TV, but even turning it on through the instrument panel, there are no working channels, only interference ( (at the reception they claimed that the remote control is still in the room, but this is not the case).
7) After the first night, a friend's sister was supposed to arrive, and we left at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, and left a booklet about the need to clean the room and change the linen with a towel. As a result, nothing was done, and there was no cleaning as such.
8) After standing in the shower for 2 minutes, the water was ankle deep. (bad flush)
I wouldn't go into all this if it wasn't a 4-star hotel. This hotel has a maximum of 2 stars.

We moved in here because everything else was better occupied. A Soviet-style hotel. The hall, the corridor, the elevator, everything was preserved from there. The room is relatively good.
The breakfast was disappointing. The choice is minimal. The waitress who is on the phone forgets to replenish this selection. The tables are dirty for the same reason.
The air conditioner, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, and TV were working. The shower is half full. The hammam did not work.
You can spend the night. But if I had a choice, I would have chosen a better one.

We paid extra for rooms with a fresh renovation, the room is large, comfortable, but the bathroom floor is dirty, someone else's hair is everywhere. The cafe is open only for breakfast, closed in the evening. There is a hammam, but it does not work.
When asked to arrange breakfast 30 minutes earlier due to early departure, everything was promptly organized.

I expected a little more from the hotel service in terms of customer loyalty. Several people arrived as part of a business trip (a couple of managers and a couple of specialists). We lived for two days, someone more. I warned you in advance that we will leave at about 06:15 for the airport. We were promised that they would prepare "breakfast with you" (girls). In fact, they couldn't even pour coffee (the young man asked for a candle at least for coffee).
And in some rooms, the mattresses are uncomfortable. Disappointed. We will not stop again.
