Although the hotel is old-fashioned, it is always clean, calm and cozy. Delicious breakfast. Excellent staff. Special thanks to the administrator Svetlana, she is polite and tactful, will always prompt and solve all problems, answer all your questions.
A good hotel in this price category, across the street there is a good supermarket, a bank, public transport stops, a park, a beautiful mosque. Polite staff, clean rooms. The rooms are not quite modern, but the price is appropriate.
A large, spacious, pretty building, I really like that there is a lot of greenery. There is a hotel, a hairdresser, a concert hall, a banquet hall, although the furniture is already a little old
A mid-level hotel, old furniture in the rooms, our air conditioning did not work and the TV did not show channels, the doors to the rooms with an ordinary key, elevators like in Soviet nine-story buildings, with a sharp twitch at the start and on the descent, it is clear that the hotel has long been in need of renovation and repair. Breakfast is a solid three, no frills, but you won't go hungry!
The hotel is shabby, lived in a room with torn tulle on the window. Definitely not an overpopulated hotel. A meager breakfast. But it will do for a business trip. The water is hot, the linen is white, the mattress is more or less comfortable.
The photos of the hotel do not correspond to reality. The hotel needs renovation. There is no sound insulation, the TV did not work, I waited until they did it for a couple of days. Breakfasts are generally poor, it is not clear how you can spoil an elementary fried egg...
Nice hotel, great location, decent breakfast. We arrived at 10 o'clock, checked in at exactly two. This is the first time I've encountered this, that is, not a second earlier! For this -.
The most miserable hotel in Karaganda
Not accepted with a child hotya there are empty rooms but not accepted that everything is busy
There is a purity that I spit on another
1) Terrible sound insulation, if someone comes out of the next room at night, you will immediately wake up.
2) There was someone else's hair on the bed when checking in
3) There was no dental abacus and toothpaste available, the request at the reception to find at least some kind of brush and toothpaste was not successful.
4) For two guests, one small bottle of water. We lived there for 3 days, for all 3 days - 1 bottle
5) There is no remote control from the air conditioner, so there is no way to turn it on. (the reception claimed that the remote control is still in the room, but this is not the case)
6) There is no remote control from the TV, but even turning it on through the instrument panel, there are no working channels, only interference ( (at the reception they claimed that the remote control is still in the room, but this is not the case).
7) After the first night, a friend's sister was supposed to arrive, and we left at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, and left a booklet about the need to clean the room and change the linen with a towel. As a result, nothing was done, and there was no cleaning as such.
8) After standing in the shower for 2 minutes, the water was ankle deep. (bad flush)
I wouldn't go into all this if it wasn't a 4-star hotel. This hotel has a maximum of 2 stars.
Ancient Soviet-era rooms that lock with an ordinary key. The pillows would have been changed. They don't do cleaning, we rented a room on arrival and there were candy wrappers lying behind the bedside table. The carpet is dirty. For an improved standard, then the price would be reduced! Breakfast is about nothing((
The rooms are old, the service is also not up to par, they could not send documents at the check-out, because the accountant had gone somewhere, although the check-out time was stated at 12-00 and the documents should be ready. They took the number, promised to call back as soon as they were ready, no call was received, as a result they had to return and demand documents. There is nothing in the rooms except soap and towels. If you plan to stay, prepare soap and soap accessories in advance.
We moved in here because everything else was better occupied. A Soviet-style hotel. The hall, the corridor, the elevator, everything was preserved from there. The room is relatively good.
The breakfast was disappointing. The choice is minimal. The waitress who is on the phone forgets to replenish this selection. The tables are dirty for the same reason.
The air conditioner, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, and TV were working. The shower is half full. The hammam did not work.
You can spend the night. But if I had a choice, I would have chosen a better one.
It's beautiful outside, inside the rooms are old repairs, broken furniture, torn wallpaper, the only bathroom is more or less. The breakfasts are good and the staff is excellent. There is a smell in the room.
We were initially settled in a suite with an unpleasant smell, old carpets on the floor and a very creaky bed. After the first night, he demanded to change the room, after the replacement, as if he had moved to another hotel - a great room!
To renovate the rooms and throw away the old carpets!
Not a bad location. Friendly staff. So-so breakfasts at dirty tables. We paid extra for rooms with a fresh renovation, the room is large, comfortable, but the bathroom floor is dirty, someone else's hair is everywhere. The cafe is open only for breakfast, closed in the evening. There is a hammam, but it does not work.
When asked to arrange breakfast 30 minutes earlier due to early departure, everything was promptly organized.
A tired hotel. I don't know about the rest of the hotels in this chain, but this particular one is not very good. The photo on the site is not hers. In fact, the room is cold, there is no cafe in the hotel, there is no lobby. There's nowhere to eat. There is only beer in the bowling alley, chips were hardly found.
The hotel is a post-Soviet relic. Furniture, interior and renovation from the past. Everything is tired and dead. The service also leaves much to be desired. I don't recommend it even for a work trip.
The hotel staff is trying their best. But it is impossible to fix a burnt sofa, the absence of plugs in the sinks, a pillow made of lumps of synthpone. The air conditioner is barely breathing, the Internet is not working, although it is there. In the elevator, the insides pop out every time you start. The owner simply does not need this hotel, it can be seen from the facade and the crooked, unpainted stella. Everything is old and heavily worn, lime deposits are everywhere on the plumbing. In general, if possible, choose another hotel.
A quiet hotel. But a little confused. The laminate is old, there are no carpets, the chair is swinging, in the bathroom... ahem.... Well, the norms for a business trip.
The photos are better than the original. But the price is much better than other options and generally not bad. I didn't have time for breakfast - I can't say anything.
The rooms on the second floor are fresh, on the third they are somewhat worn out. The breakfasts are weak, the breakfast service also wants the best. If organizational issues are tightened, then a good budget option.
The price does not match the service. The hotel as a whole is noticeably an old building, reminiscent of those hotels that were in the early 2000s. At the reception, it is advisable to "dress up" the guys in a white shirt. In the rooms, the furniture should be restored, tinted (varnished) and lead to monotony if the chair is a pair, not 2 different chairs. There is also cleaning, carpets in wool.
The hotel itself is very spacious, but it is necessary to refresh it, at least update the rooms, remove old carpets from the rooms, do not lie with a photo of a real room in the booking.
And as for the buffet, it's wonderful
Never rent a room here. The time is 00:40 and the room is on the second floor. The music is blaring. Moreover, she started yelling at about 8 a.m. and is still yelling. They have a conference room next to the rooms on the 2nd floor. And they rented it out and allowed the music to be turned up to full volume, I don't know how much, but at 00: 40 19:03.23 she screams, beats beats. Hardly anyone comes to Karaganda to cool off on the beach. Business travelers settle here, but the owners still do not like the comfort of the residents, they took money from both us and them. Sort it out for yourself, like.
The rooms are clean, the check is average, the girls at the reception are beautiful, breakfast is for 4, but the mixer in the shower does not work well (at least in room 203)

The rooms are old, the bed creaks all over from touching. Cleaning is a separate topic. For several days they broke in when I was sleeping in the room, without knocking, there was no sign on the door in the room either. Then, literally an hour later, he left for the whole day, but the room remained unmade. After 3 days, he asked to clean the room himself, because even no one broke in that day. As a result, they came, somehow made the bed, took out the trash, but did not change the towels (which are already the 4th day).
More or less only breakfast, there is something to eat.
Photos after cleaning. Even the bed linen has not been changed in 4 days.

I expected a little more from the hotel service in terms of customer loyalty. Several people arrived as part of a business trip (a couple of managers and a couple of specialists). We lived for two days, someone more. I warned you in advance that we will leave at about 06:15 for the airport. We were promised that they would prepare "breakfast with you" (girls). In fact, they couldn't even pour coffee (the young man asked for a candle at least for coffee).
And in some rooms, the mattresses are uncomfortable. Disappointed. We will not stop again.
Much lower than the stated 4* stars. It doesn't seem to have been cleaned after a long-time repair. The non-necessity of breakfast on time, their very modest assortment. Respect the administrator - he tries to debug everything.
A tired Soviet hotel.
Mattresses on the beds are not comfortable - simple, cheap.
BUT, for your money, the hotel is good - cheap, clean, breakfast included.
The admin made a mistake with the time , we stopped by at 00-00 at night , she said for a day , paid . As a result, at 12:00 p.m. they called and said that they had to take the number
You can include room cleaning, on a daily basis, and towel change. Improve the contents of household appliances in the rooms. The service is of a sufficient level.thanks

In this hotel, everything is at its best, the staff and everything else, breakfast is Kazakh, breakfast is Russian for lunch, it would be 10 stars put 10
The hotel was nice, comfortable and comfortable! But with this newfangled virus, I became a little impoverished - refrigerators do not work, televisions do not work well in all rooms (I'm talking about those rooms where I stayed), the drains in the shower are clogged - it's not comfortable. But I used to love staying here.
