I liked everything. We lived in a standard. The rooms are large, cozy, and clean. Everything you need to eat. Towels, hygiene products, and water were supplied every day. True, there were no dressing gowns, but that's nothing. I was confused by only one thing. That the shower doesn't close with anything, no doors, no curtains. Only the glass partition between the toilet and the shower. And splashes all over the bathroom.
Pros: pleasant staff, although all information must be pulled out with claws. Until you ask them yourself, they won't tell you. The breakfasts were not bad at all. An excellent spa area can be rented for just 300,000 rubles/hour. The rooms are average.
Cons: there was no Internet. There is no coffee/tea, kettle, refrigerator in the rooms. They asked for a kettle and it turned out to be broken. The staff is kind, but they should be instructed. We wanted to order dinner in the room from the hotel - the cook did not work. The restaurant has only 2 dishes from the entire menu!!!! The carpets could do with cleaning, too.
Staying at a hotel in Bukhara turned out to be an unforgettable experience! The hotel perfectly combines luxury and authenticity, which creates a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for guests. The service was top notch - the friendly hotel staff was ready to help at any time of the day. The rooms were spacious, cozy and well equipped, which made our stay as comfortable as possible. We were also pleased with the variety of dishes and the quality of food in the hotel restaurant. In general, the hotel in Bukhara left the most positive impressions, and we will be happy to return here again!
A wonderful hotel within walking distance from Bukhara airport. We walked for literally 4 minutes at a leisurely pace. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the airport (there was a night flight). A Visa card was not required when booking. The accommodation itself was paid for by Union Pay. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet part. The room matched the reservation. The windows overlooked the residential quarter. The room had everything you need to relax before the flight. Good beds, towels, slippers, shower products, water. It was convenient for us that there was a long desk. The reception staff is mega-diligent. I can't rate the breakfast as we had fun at 2am. But lunch boxes were carefully prepared for us. I know that the hotel has a spa area for an additional fee. I also can't evaluate it - they didn't use it.
I lived in this hotel on a trip to Uzbekistan. I really liked the hotel. Brand new, which is very important. The breakfasts are good and varied. There are a lot of delicious sweets at breakfast. Good coffee from the coffee machine. It is located almost at Bukhara airport, it was convenient for me. It is convenient to get to the center by taxi in 5-7 minutes, and you can walk, of course. My room was huge! All furniture and appliances are new. With panoramic windows, great blackout curtains... I slept great. I didn't hear the neighbors, it was quiet at night, the sound insulation is good. The girls at the reception are very polite and helped me a lot with a taxi until I bought a local SIM card, told me about the sights. There is also a swimming pool- clean, you can go in the evening. There is a large park opposite. I had lunch and dinner in the center, so I don't know if I can eat somewhere nearby. I liked everything very much!
The location is very convenient, everything is nearby. A taxi can reach almost any point within 10 minutes. But, the hotel is still being completed, workers are working everywhere. The rooms are very spacious, large, bright, clean. There are small disadvantages, such as Internet surges, the absence of Russian TV channels and there is no restaurant for lunch and dinner yet. The breakfasts are at a good level. Everything you need is there. The airport is just around the corner, you can walk. There is an indoor pool, spa, billiard, everything is paid separately, did not go, did not see. There is a safe in the room. There is no iron, no refrigerator.
The hotel is cozy, the services are good, the breakfast is very tasty, the cleanliness in the hotel is at the highest level. The rooms are large, spacious, and the hotel is quiet. Recommend 👍
Very nice hotel, with all amenities. The staff are very helpful, clean rooms with a large square. We settled there on May 20-21 for two days with our team of gymnasts and we really liked it. The prices are also very acceptable there, near the International airport of the city of Bukhara. If we go to Bukhara again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.
This year, on April 15-16, we were also in Bukhara. The hotel is not the same as it used to be. The restaurant, which is located on the sixth floor, has been closed for a long time. They didn't know what to eat for breakfast. Such a beautiful cozy hotel, it's just a pity, there were very few guests there too. It's probably because of the service. I hope they fix it next time. But at the moment I do not recommend this hotel
A wonderful hotel, a cozy atmosphere, large spacious rooms, wide beds, nice linen, sleeping very comfortably. A large selection of food and drinks for breakfast. Buffet, spacious restaurant, polite staff
We stayed at this hotel for several nights. After reading the positive reviews, we were waiting for a wonderful service and rest. As a result, an ordinary room does not have a refrigerator, a kettle (you can take it under the painting at the reception), there are no towel hooks in the bathroom, and even curtains in such a way that all the water goes over the edges and spreads over the floor. When asked to invite a cleaner to wash the floors so that there would be at least some access to the bathroom, they said that there were no attendants : (they offered towels (those that we use ourselves during our stay!!!) to wipe the floor... they were taken aback... they refused to give out additional towels. There is no question of any declared 4 stars.
The rooms are dirty, there is dust around, hair, plaster is falling from the ceiling, it blows from the window, there is no sound insulation ... of the advantages, you can only select a large selection of buffet, but even then many dishes are cold. In general, I would not recommend visiting at the moment. All claims have already been made to the management - let's hope that these comments will be taken into account and corrected!
We visited this hotel in July 2023, a convenient location near the airport, 8 minutes from the old town. The room where we lived is spacious, clean, comfortable bed and pillows, air conditioning works well, which is not a little important, but there are also disadvantages there was no refrigerator, tea set, but when we asked they brought an electric kettle and mugs. The breakfast was not bad. The hotel is under minor renovation. The hotel also has an indoor pool, hammam, billiards, all for a fee. In general, we are satisfied with the hotel!
Ismigul helped us a lot with the payment and accommodation. In general, positive emotions remained from the hotel. The breakfasts are great, the pool, spa, massage, thanks for everything
The room is spacious, but there is no refrigerator, one chair, until I said the chair was not put there is no kettle and one glass, the load of the hotel is very low, although the hotel itself is for 4 people.
Pros: a hotel with a claim to a "topchik", 5 minutes walk from the airport, large spacious rooms, modern shower system, TV, breakfast, friendly staff.
Cons: the hotel is badly unfinished, in the process of renovation, the pool is not done, the gym is not done, the air conditioner works, but it does not cool at all, a terrible restaurant and the same breakfast, far from the center, local taxi drivers do not know it, apparently it has not been officially commissioned.
To be honest, I would not like to stay here anymore, next time I will definitely choose another hotel if I fly to Bukhara.
The hotel is huge, it's a long way to the center, but it's worth staying in. The rooms are huge, the breakfasts are good, the rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly.
Terrible service! Mattresses are hard and it is impossible to sleep on them, springs stick out. There is no refrigerator in the room, they do not provide an iron in the room, but they can iron it for money. There is no one at the reception forever, issues are not resolved, the TV does not work, the air conditioner does not blow. The view from the window leaves much to be desired. And whatever they ask for, they can't do.the 4* hotel does not pull.
An inexpensive hotel with a good responsive staff. It is located near the airport. The city center is about 5 km away, you can get there by taxi "Yandex"-not expensive, payment is only in cash.
Breakfast buffet-there is a lot to choose from.
There is a swimming pool for a fee.
Nice hotel near the airport. Excellent staff, delicious breakfast, spacious rooms and all amenities. I recommend it to all guests of the city of Bukhara.
The air conditioner does not work, there is no refrigerator, there is no kettle, repairs are underway, the restaurant does not work. TV is only local, the Internet is trying to be fast, but it doesn't work. The pool and other entertainment should be asked for some reason from the hotel landlord) The staff is trying, but the management is not up to improving the service and guests. Plus, only the location near the airport and the buffet breakfast, although sometimes the same thing gets boring too
A good hotel.
The undoubted advantage is that this is the nearest hotel to Bukhara airport.
Spacious, modern, clean. With a large number of rooms of various prices.
Hello! The staff is friendly, everything is clean and tidy, the air conditioner works for two 2 900 Russian ,the water is hot in the shower Breakfast is included in the price 08:00 everything is clean and tidy payment cards WORLD👍👍👍
We stopped by for 1 day. The hotel is new, clean, but the minus is that there are still improvements, somewhere else something is being repaired and there is a restaurant upstairs and when music is playing there in the evening, you can hear it in the rooms. I advise you to take rooms looking at Droga, as there are panoramic windows. And in no case do not settle into a room with colleagues or with someone to whom you are not ready to show your body, since they have installed glass between the bathroom and the room, which unfortunately shines through and everything is very clearly visible))))). The staff is polite. The rooftop restaurant is not bad, they cook for 4+, the staff is polite. The hotel also has a spa complex.
Only the room size is good. Everything else is terrible. There are few towels. There is no shower gel, shampoo, liquid soap in the dispensers. In order for the curtains to open, it was necessary to call the staff. There are few towels. There is only one urn in the bathroom. No one cleaned the room. Breakfast simply does not fit into any standards. We were from April 2 to April 4.
A nice fresh hotel, a huge plus is the location, if you arrived in Uzbekistan without som, you do not need a taxi, a few minutes on foot, the rooms are spacious. They feed on the top floor, like a panorama of the city, but breakfast needs to be varied.

A good hotel, spacious rooms, the airport is a stone's throw away, but this does not create inconveniences in connection with the take-off and landing of aircraft (I could not hear in the room, I even asked if the airport was working). The attitude towards the guests is excellent. There is one caveat - SPA. I do not recommend it, from the word at all. The left-wing company rents premises from the hotel without a clear pricing policy and understanding of what a SPA is. I think that if the hotel administration takes this process into its own hands, it will add advantages, well, or find adequate tenants.
A wonderful new hotel, not everything is finished yet, but very attentive and helpful staff, there is a swimming pool, hammam, 10 minutes by taxi from the city center. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. There is a park nearby, but we did not have time to walk.
Never stayed in an unfinished hotel)))) it's very funny: there is shampoo and soap in the room but no toothbrushes; there is a compartment for a refrigerator, but there is no refrigerator, there is not a single chair. They welcome you cordially... But two stars for cheating: the hotel is declared with a swimming pool, without any conditions, in fact we were told that it is paid if you do not live in a suite. This is the first time we have encountered such a scam. And so... Very funny: it's literally three minutes on foot from the airport. And with the help of a taxi, it is quite easy and inexpensive to get to any end of Bukhara.
Everything would be fine, but the hotel is not yet ready to fully receive guests. I wish you good luck in developing the infrastructure inside and around the hotel
A room with glass in the bathroom and a toilet instead of a wall, I think it's too much. They asked for a lunch box for early morning, early departure, the staff forgot to warn the kitchen. And so, it's clean and the rooms are bigger.
