The location is very good. Right in the historical center of the city. 5 minutes walk to Registan Square and 5 minutes to the pedestrian street leading to the main attractions.
The rooms are very small, the headboards are covered with sockets and it is impossible to use them. The door to the toilet is located immediately at the head of the beds (a very strange solution). The windows of all rooms overlook the inside of the hotel. During the 4 nights of our stay, the room was not cleaned once, even the garbage was not taken out of the baskets, and at the same time they came into our room once for some reason during our absence (there is every reason to suspect). Be careful!
The breakfasts are the same every day, quite hearty.
In the lobby, you can always take bottled water in the refrigerator, they treat you with melon and tea.

Very decent guest house: friendly hosts, very convenient location, very close to all the sights, delicious and very small breakfast, order, cleanliness and fresh towels in the room. I recommend it to my friends.

I liked the hotel, it is very close to Registan. The room has everything you need: a hairdryer, towels, slippers, etc.
We booked for three, then called and asked for another person to check in. We were accommodated in two rooms (it was convenient for us).
The patio is covered, if the room is hot, then you can open the window. There is heating in the room.
The breakfast was varied (cheesecakes, scrambled eggs, dried fruits, grapes, tea, sandwiches, sweets for tea).

Excellent attitude to guests, excellent location (literally 5 minutes to Registan), there are a lot of different cafes and restaurants nearby. There is a refrigerator in the yard, you can take water with you. The yard is quiet and clean. The beds are comfortable. There is air conditioning in the rooms. There were no problems with water, we recommend it.

The location of the hotel is just perfect! Very close to Registan. There is a park nearby, where it is good to walk, breathe the coniferous air. There is a good cafe where you can eat tasty and inexpensive food, alcohol is prohibited.
The staff at the hotel is friendly, they will tell you everything and show you. I especially remember Ibrahim, many thanks to him for everything!
The breakfasts are homemade and delicious.

A wonderful hotel! We stayed here in March 2024. The location is ideal (near Registan square, I.Karimov pedestrian street). The hotel owner is very friendly (he showed everything, told us, organized tea, provided a lunchbox - we left the hotel early), his son helped with the transfer of money from a Russian card to their account (at the end of the trip we had no local currency left - sums). The rooms were clean, all the accessories were there. I recommend this hotel!

A colorful hotel in the very center of Samarkand, a 5-minute walk from Registan Square. Very clean, tidy, the owners and staff are friendly, ready to help and provide all possible support. Special thanks for the lovely breakfasts with scrambled eggs, fruit, nuts and tea. We lived in a guest house with a family (two adults + a child) in a quadruple room for five days. The room has soft carpets and everything you need. I definitely recommend it.

It is satisfactory for this category of hotel. The biggest plus is the location and hospitality. The downside is very poor WiFi and air conditioning, this is important for tourists. The breakfast is average for my taste.

The closest possible location to Registan Square. A cozy hotel with small rooms that have everything you need. No frills, no pathos. Ibrahim always wondered if everything was fine, the homemade breakfasts were quite good. A decent, quiet hotel in a historical location, I recommend it.

A great family guest house with a pleasant atmosphere of Oriental hospitality. Good location, beautiful interior. Very tasty breakfasts. The service is at a high level. They speak Russian, French, German, and English fluently, which greatly facilitates the communication process.

Close to Registan on foot 5-7 min and other attractions. The city market is nearby. This is a big plus. The rooms are so-so, worn out, simple, boring and cheap furniture. Cheap materials in the bathroom. If you come and go to bed right away, it will do. With difficulty, together with the taxi driver, they found the exact address in the navigator.

Not expensive, in the city center. They settled in at 10.00 without any problems, although the check-in started at 13.000, they didn't even ask for anything extra. The TV shows only the youth. There is Wi-Fi. Tea on demand, please. Of the cons, it's the same breakfast every day. Nothing changes. The room is very simple with a lot of furniture made of pasted chipboard. Instead of a chandelier, there is a cartridge with a light bulb.

The owner of the guest house (hotel) is very caring, tries to build routes for you and make your stay in Samarkand memorable on the good side.

A wonderful hotel. The rooms for two people are small, but very clean and cozy. Each room has a bathtub and a bathroom. In the morning, the hostess prepares breakfast, treats guests with homemade sweets and jam. Nice host.
There is a magnificent Registan nearby. Behind it is a street where there is a cafe, an ATM (takes a Mir card) and a communication salon where you can easily issue a tourist SIM card.

Inexpensive
Everything is old enough, the sheets were torn. No one did the cleaning in 3 days, the pre-booked room was occupied, we had to spend 3 days in one, then we were asked to move to ours.
The air conditioner is working fine, and so is the water. There is a kitchen with a kettle, there is a refrigerator, but there is not enough microwave.
WiFi is at the village level, sometimes it disappears, almost nothing loads in the evening. There are 2 networks, but both are so-so.
In general, it's not bad, due to its price.

I found a hotel based on good reviews. Good location. Reasonable (for Samarkand) prices. The friendly host Rasul. Responsive staff. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00. Tea and watermelon at any time. The sound insulation between the kitchen and the bathroom is so-so. It is more convenient to live on the 1st floor. If I go to Samarkand again, I will settle there.

An economy hotel, if you just need to spend the night, the place will suit you, and for the price it is already controversial, there is no refrigerator where you could store beer right in the room, the owner is very hospitable, sociable, hearty delicious breakfast, if you plan to dry laundry there is not much to dry, which is a minus, and so the place completely compensates for all the disadvantages with its location in the center, everything nearby, including Registan Square, which is a 5-minute walk away

Great family, very CLEAN and warm in the room! You can see that people are trying, worried about their reputation, super homely atmosphere, great breakfast. It doesn't seem to be anything special, but a bun with butter and strawberry jam, I decided in general. An unequivocal recommendation, you will not regret coming. It's great here.

Very friendly staff, always tried to help. We had breakfast once, then we skipped it, because we preferred to sleep. A good breakfast, you're full. During the day, you can ask for and make tea. The location of the hotel is excellent, near Registan.
