I was led to aggressive advertising on Instagram* (banned in the Russian Federation) and regretted it.
As it turned out, the cauldrons open only three times a day at 11:00, 13:00 and 17:00.
We arrived there at 13:35 - there were no seats, but somehow we managed to land.
Despite the fact that there were about 9 waiters in the hall, we waited for him for 15 minutes (which with the inscription STAFF on the back) - called 4 times.
As a result, one came, began to form an order, abruptly broke off, returned and said that there was no pilaf, for which, in fact, they arrived.
While they were sitting and scribbling negative reviews, there were two more waiters with information that there was no pilaf (one of them was a tall girl, decided to shout the popular word "brother" after three meters about the absence of the main position on the menu).
The most interesting thing is that another STAFF came - took the order and brought pilaf. Miracles, what to say.
This is actually all, the last miracle - pilaf tasteless, cold. The mood, of course, is spoiled. Therefore 1*.
The main reason is Thursday, the day of pilaf. It's just hard to understand if there is a rush on Thursday, so can take measures to increase the volume of pilaf!?.

Samarkand pilaf is very good here, it is not as fat as the well-known place in Tashkent where Samarkand pilaf is prepared. There are also a lot of different salads, I like the spicy salmon the most, as well as the vinegar served with the pilaf. It would be ideal if they worked late.

This is the first pilaf center in Tashkent where I wanted to go and... did not get there. When I was advised this place, they indicated the time interval - from 11 to 13 o'clock. But I didn't pay attention to this and there was no pilaf. Well, how can a tourist know that there is such a thing as "opening a cauldron")) No wonder they say that the first lump is a pancake. So for me, the first pilaf in Tashkent ended in a complete fiasco. The next day I called and asked what time the new cauldron would be. Arriving at the right time (17:00), I was finally able to enjoy a real Samarkand pilaf with pie. The pilaf was amazing. Still, you need to come right in time for the opening of the cauldron.
There are no comments on the service. Everything is clear, fast, with oriental attention to the guest. I definitely recommend it. The next time I come to Tash, I'll come here first. Thank you for your hospitality.
