The staff is nice and friendly. The rooms are homely, clean, on the 4th floor, our disadvantage is that they settled on the 3rd floor. The stairs were high, it was hard to go down and up. Breakfast is not very satisfying, the only hot food is porridge, tea, a piece of butter and a lot of sweets. I left hungry, so I don't eat sweets. We went on a tour, maybe the tour was booked for a minimum amount. In general, we had breakfast, but personally I left hungry.
The people are good, the building is good, the area is great. A good breakfast. The water pressure is good and the boiler is in the room, there will be no problems with hot water. A nice price for this location.
There are pastry shops, cafes nearby, 5 minutes to the Registan.
But at the same time disadvantages: the room is very utilitarian. There is a blanket and a half in the room with a double bed.
And, most importantly, a dead bathroom: a broken shower (repaired at the request) and very stinks of sewage (most likely not solved).
A colorful place, delicious breakfast, seasonal fruits, there is an observation deck on the roof, we had dinner there, very beautiful, far from the kitchen, and so we burned breakfast there on the street!!
It's a very uncomfortable atmosphere, as if you owe everyone. The greed of the owners is felt. The cheapest toilet paper (haven't seen it for a long time), there are no oxen in the room, the staff is yelling loudly all over the yard, there is practically no hot water. The room was knocked 5 times in the morning for no reason. The breakfast is very meager in portions.
We were met at night and settled in. The room for 4 is large and clean. It was warm, the bathroom was hot.
The breakfasts are hearty. Without variety, but familiar to our stomachs. Scrambled eggs or porridge, cottage cheese and pastries. Delicious tea.
Any adequate request is fulfilled in the morning and as needed.
They wrote that hard beds didn't seem that way to us. Nice, comfortable ones.
We could hear a little muezzino from the neighboring mosque, but it didn't bother us day or night.
The hotel is very close to most of the most famous sights of Samarkand.
