Unfortunately, our experience of contacting the regional multidisciplinary hospital in Taraz has become tragic. Because of a medical error, my brother passed away. I would especially like to draw attention to the behavior of the attending physician Demekova Arailym Kalzhyrbekkyzy. Her arrogance and rudeness only made the situation worse. Expecting professionalism and humanity from medical workers, we faced indifference and unprofessionalism.
Such an attitude is unacceptable in an institution where people should be helped and lives saved. I hope that the hospital management will pay attention to such situations and take measures to prevent this from happening to other patients. Unfortunately, there is no way to return a person, but I really want to save the rest from such a negligent attitude and arrogant behavior of doctors who put their worthless personal qualities above their responsibility and professionalism, which this "doctor" does not have AT ALL❗❗❗

My brother (18 years old) died on 11/19/2024 due to a MEDICAL ERROR
Taraz Regional Hospital of the Hematology Department.
On 08/28/2024, he was admitted to the hospital with stomach pains, and was prescribed medication for injection into a vein.
The nurse (namely Zhasyuzakova Meruert)it can't get into a vein, the catheter can't be placed correctly. because of this, his hand became infected (sepsis) .His temperature was brought down for 2 months, he was only on painkillers.the attending physician (Demekova Arailym Kalzhyrbekkyzy) assured us that the hemotoma would pass in a couple of days. But she (the hand) it did not go away, but began to rot, they were prescribed to smear with Vishnevsky ointment and bandaged, but the arm only worsened.
All kinds of medications were prescribed to him, all these antibiotics planted all the organs.
We took my brother away from the hospital, because it was hard for him to be there and see these doctors who do not treat, but MUTILATE him!
On the same day, he died, and all this happened due to improper performance of professional duties by medical workers of the regional hospital of Taraz, namely, the attending hematologist Demekov Arailym Kalzhyrbekkyzy!

If you were looking for incompetent doctors, you will undoubtedly find an incompetent doctor in the HEMATOLOGY department, A.K. Demekova, the head of the hematology department, and M. Zhasyuzakova, the nurse (who quit after the incident), contributed to the death of my brother, who was only 18 years old. For 2.5 months, the young body was poisoned with all sorts of strong drugs‼️‼️‼️ And in the end they were sent home to DIE. In a word, they ruined one life, maybe more than one…
I can only warn about this so that others will not suffer at the hands of these incompetent doctors.‼️‼️‼️
