On 11/16.24, at around 9 p.m., there was a need to contact the North Estonian Regional Hospital in the emergency department. Many thanks to the manager Sergey, an employee of this department, who was at the reception desk on the day of my application.
Special thanks to him. Sergey is very attentive, I received full information about my treatment at the clinic, my further actions and behavior after the visit. Exceeded all customer service expectations. His attentiveness, responsiveness, desire to help and good-naturedness eased our condition. Our problem was solved quickly and efficiently. I received immediate answers to all my questions. Many thanks to him for his participation and presence in this clinic.
As well as all medical staff and maintenance personnel. Everyone is qualified, polite and responsive.

There is a lot of negativity in the hospital, but I don't want to write about it, because there are still more good workers there with a humane attitude towards the patients who are there.
