We called back in the evening, clarified everything and notified what and how. The driver Yuri on Iveka, a good polite man, called, clarified, brought it in 10 minutes. Well, that's cool! No headache. If this is how they always work, then the company is at a good level!!!
I want to leave my feedback to the delivery address , the entrance doors were purchased by the door company in Minsk , they cooperate with this delivery company like this, without responsibility, without lab and without experience, they deliver someone else's property, I wait a whole week for another door to replace it, and they did not even apologize for such a situation with the last delivery ,and make up a new one The route is convenient for them , we were left in a very unhappy situation…

At first, so far I understood the work, they helped and prompted me immediately. an excellent office, I will continue to work with it.
Careless attitude to the delivery of goods!!! Drivers generally work their own separate lives ! How is it possible to rearrange the route in half an hour and not deliver the goods???
I'm working with delivery for the first time and God forbid the last. I have never seen such an unprofessional job. During the day, no one called, not even sent an SMS about the delivery, but that's half the trouble. At 8:48, the courier made a call, at 8:57, an SMS arrived saying that the delivery would be carried out from 8:45 to 10:45, called the courier back at 9:15 and received the following response: "they say, I had to pick up the phone, I already left." The call center can't answer anything, they just mumble. When the sender wrote them his claim, they immediately called back and began to apologize, but what's the point of these apologies if the order is delivered as long as possible and is needed now, and not with postponements. Courier delivery works worse than the simplest belpost. I don't want to do business with this "firm" ever again!

1. There are no movers, you order a refrigerator - carry it yourself
2. They do not say clearly the day and time of delivery, "within 3 days, from 8 a.m. to 23.00 p.m." is an unprofessional answer.
3. The girl who called from the number 8-029-615-43-02 is rude and throws the phone!

I made an order for 06.10 the car did not reach due to a breakdown. The order was burning. We agreed to postpone the delivery to 07.10 - there was no way out - I agreed, as a result, an SMS with the delivery date for 08.10 arrives on 07.10, called, asked to explain what the problem was, they replied that the route was built this way. Such is the customer orientation!
