The biggest plus is a very beautiful view from the balcony of some rooms, the balconies themselves are open, which is super comfortable. The furniture and bedding look quite new. Responsive reception. Well, the cons: cleaning! It's tinny..it happens every 3 days. Very poor cleaning, towels smell like something rotten..we lived for 9 days and for all the days we heard a vacuum cleaner once. I'm silent about the dust. Making a pool on the roof is a stupid idea, everything is audible (especially to the upper floors, water from the pool sometimes poured onto our balcony ..) The smell of sewage in the toilet..even the hood didn't help. The hotel does not have a territory, it is located by the road, only a gorgeous view from the window saved (and then you need to settle in the right direction) Regina Dining room (in the second new building)- this is a rip-off! Yes, the food is good. But the girl at the distribution never weighed the dishes! We paid for a spoonful of mashed potatoes, a cutlet, compote and a salad - 1000 rubles! Seriously?! In general, if you fix all these shortcomings, the price and quality will be good. All the best

We rested in a new five-storey building. An excellent modern hotel, clean, cozy as at home, polite staff, air conditioning in every room, the only and big minus in the room, there are no thresholds, not at the front door, nor in the toilet and between rooms, as a result, excellent audibility is created, well, in the corridor you hear children running, neighbors talking, but when someone went to the toilet, and begins to show need, then you can hear every action, movement, of a person, it was very annoying. There is its own dining room, where the food is very tasty and inexpensive. The sea is about 7-10 minutes walk away, at a leisurely pace. There is its own closed parking lot. We will definitely come again, check, and suddenly the thresholds have been set and there will be a super five-star hotel in general.

A very expensive hotel. There is no service. The floors were washed themselves because they were cleaned dirty. I had to run after the staff to change the towels. They don't do anything until you ask. They took out the garbage themselves. We met the sales manager at the hotel - she was mopping the floors herself. It'S A SHAME. The staff complains about the small salary. The owner of the hotel should be ashamed of this hotel. If you do not take measures, it will turn from a new one into a pigsty. It's a pity the money was spent.

A very good hotel, we are delighted, we were in the second building (it is new), there is a large swimming pool and a wonderful dining room on the ground floor, the staff is kind and polite in the dining room everything is delicious and there is a variety of dishes. The location is good close to the sea with a sooo clean beach, we were in Gagra new Athos in the center of Pitsunda, but we did not see anything cleaner and more beautiful beach, even pine trees grow on the beach!!!

We went to eat in the first building... Meals are not included in the price, even without breakfast. The room was on the 3rd floor... Normal, clean... With an electric kettle... A magnificent hotel! It is in no way inferior to the Turkish fours. I really liked everything, starting with the rooms and even the food. Breakfasts and dinners are above all praise, many thanks to chef Ruslan. The products are always fresh, a variety of dishes, and most importantly - very tasty. The location of the hotel is super - in the thick of relict pines. We always slept with an open balcony, the aromas of the forest and the sea air are unique. I don 't want to leave . We bought a tour for 23 days, they flew by like one day. Thanks to the whole team. We'll try to come back again.

We arrived booked a week in advance. We stopped at a dirty two-room room in a new building. It 's just awful under the children 's beds . With that said, the room is prepared for you . I am glad that the bed was clean . Behind the chest of drawers , which is attached to the wall , the entire back wall is covered in mold , this can be seen if you open the drawers of the chest of drawers . They cleaned only when I went and asked them to clean up . You will have a lazy woman with a dirty mop to wash all the corridors. I do not recommend it, do not spoil your vacation. We had a rest in the first building in September, in principle, we liked everything, but there are also disadvantages: in our room, we lived on the 4th floor, the Internet almost did not work, we had to go out into the corridor to communicate with relatives. And the food in the dining room was somehow not very good, we went to eat at the hotel opposite. But I really liked the massage at the hotel, it was done by an amazing girl Agnes, a great professional in her field, works with a lot of weight in a patient, such excellent specialists are very difficult to find. We had a rest in January 2022. The rooms are new, there is everything you need. The room had a beautiful view, partly of the sea. The breakfasts are simple, but tasty and large portions. I liked the location, we walked in the reserve every morning, there is also a sea beach. Of the disadvantages, there was only one - the pool did not work (it did not warm up), because there was no occupancy in the hotel, and for the sake of several people they did not consider it necessary to warm it up, although for me this was an important criterion when choosing a hotel for recreation.

We lived in a new building, August 2023. I didn't like the hotel. The curtains do not completely cover the window. The audibility in the bathroom is terrible, you can hear everything that the neighbors do and say. The air conditioner hums so much that the vibration is felt on the wall. The master was called, he could not do anything. The rooms are small. There is no one at the reception all the time. There is no territory at the hotel, only Parking for cars. I do not advise you to give up the word at all.

We met a cleaner near the room who said that she had just cleaned the room, The furniture was new, good, BUT we were settled in a dirty room!!! only the bed linen was clean, there was hair on the floor from the previous visitor, stains on the floor, his washbasin was not washed at all!!! and the shower is the same! (the door to the bathroom swelled and did not close normally, as it turned out later, the shower was flowing and the water was all on the floor ) I went to the administrator, said that they would clean up, after 10 minutes I return and see that the administrator and the woman are washing the mirror and washbasin, I was very surprised, they said that the floor would be washed later, but no one came! there was construction dust on the outlet from above and no one wiped it off! we stayed there 2 days a day and took 6000, If you have such a service, then why such a price? It's just an outrage, I've never seen such an attitude, we'll never come again thanks for the rest! and yet this street is a broken-down pile of cars, there's just nothing to breathe from the exhaust until you get to the beach you don't want anything anymore.

The village of Ldzaa is very small, the housing stock in the district is so-so, so we chose a European-level hotel. I was very comfortable sleeping on snow-white sheets, I love such bed linen in hotels. I was pleased with the TV with Internet access, since I have not been watching regular TV for a long time. The heated towel rail is electric in the room, the linen dries quickly. We had a room on the 4th floor with a balcony, a view of the village and the grove, behind the trees you could see the sea. In the mornings, it was especially pleasant to open the curtains on the full-length panoramic window and admire the trees, and on the balcony you can breathe the scent of pine trees and drink coffee. The room was well cleaned every few days. We took breakfast a couple of times, both times we got porridge, cottage cheese and pancakes, plus cupcakes, coffee/tea and watermelon for dessert. The Internet is weak on our floor, and you can use the room only at the door. We did not go to the pool, the sea is too pleasant and clean nearby.
The main advantage is that the beach is a 7-minute walk away, and there is a large shop right in front of the hotel. In general, I liked everything

we had a rest in June 2021, the rooms are decent at first glance. The organization of switches and sockets is not well thought out - the switches are located between the pillows of the double bed. We woke up three times a night because the lights were on. Upon check-in late in the evening, not only was there no drinking water in the room, you can only buy Abkhazian beer and wine at the reception. They promised a transfer in a foreign car with air conditioning, in fact, a broken penny with sunken seats arrived, only this trip was brightened up by the charisma of the driver (Hello Kolya). The breakfasts are terrible: cheap products of poor quality. The rooftop pool bloomed after 3 days, we stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks - never cleaned. Room cleaning is a separate issue: we had to take out the garbage ourselves so as not to smell. It is not clear what the cleaner was doing, except how to step on a foot towel with dirty slippers and leave traces of stay. After a week of accommodation, they clarified about the stated change of linen after 4 days, the answer was - so they changed it for you (only there was no replacement, after complaints at the reception, they changed it, but took one pillow). At the entrance, no one warned about the curfew, returning to the hotel after 11 pm, all the doors were closed, they found a note with the number of the administrator, who did not wake up for a very long time. (during the call to the reception, we managed to wake up the floor of the hotel). When requesting a consultation or the possible availability of a laundry, we were faced with outright rudeness, "why won't a basin fit?!". Rudeness of the scoop level.

The new hotel, a suite on the 2nd floor for 2 adults and 2 children, satisfied us quite well. Breakfasts and dinners were acceptable, but it was cramped to sit at the table, the furniture in the dining room was inconveniently arranged. We cleaned the room without fanaticism, we found an empty vodka bottle and men's socks from previous guests under the bed. The sea is close, the air is extremely good, there is a great cafe nearby, the staff is friendly.

We rest in Abkhazia every year, the village of Lidzava (Ldzaa as the locals call it) attracts us exclusively with a pine grove, and the fact that this bay is a plus. The hotel has a really good location, but we rent a private sector. To my great joy, a professional massage therapist is working in Regina this year, I discovered by accident when I went to get a hotel business card..
But I went regularly for the remaining 7 days!!!
A master of his craft, take my word for it, I do a healing massage of the whole back every year and there is something to compare it with.
Maybe I will consider accommodation in this hotel next year, I would like to see Agnes again, thank her very much!!!

I was at the hotel at the end of March. The hotel says that they have a heated rooftop pool that is open all year round. That's not so. In winter, the pool does not work, as the hotel's workload is almost zero. I chose the hotel only because of the pool and here we were at the hotel for a week, the pool filled with water!!! They never turned it on. At night, the front door is locked with a key, the administrator leaves. And if you came at 11-12-01 at night or, God forbid, in the morning, then you will have a long and persistent "dialing" to the administrator to open the door for you. If you're lucky, the receptionist will hear, come out of his room and open it for you.
From the pleasant: the cook is very responsive and cooks delicious, the girls at the reception are angels (well, except for closing the doors at night). The rooms have air conditioners, kettles, blackout curtains! All the staff of the hotel are very pleasant and nice people

The hotel was built recently, everything is fresh and new inside, it's nice. The hotel is located on the central street of the village, 5 minutes to the sea, opposite the grocery store, pharmacy. The hotel is located on a small plot of 10 meters wide and 50 meters long, so there is no territory and parking at all. The luxury rooms overlook the facade, onto the driveway, it is not comfortable with an open window, but each room has its own air conditioning and windows with good sound insulation. The cafe is located on the 5th floor - the views are awesome! There is also a swimming pool - no one in the area has such a thing - super! The food in the cafe is for guests, it is impossible to choose dishes, in the morning they post the composition of lunch and dinner - if you want, you pay 300 rubles per person for 1 meal. But if, like us, you have caught rotavirus, then you can ask the cook to cook porridge on water, boiled chicken, just boiled potatoes or pasta. And with rotavirus in the Pitsunda Bay, the trouble is that there is always a queue of the same sufferers at the pharmacy, this fact spoiled our rest. Well, plus, the hotel administration allows you to roast a barbecue on the grill, which is located at the entrance, so all the smoke inside the building and in the suites, if you left and did not close the windows, well, if the linen was dry, then everything will be smoked.
And yet - a well-known problem with electricity, it is fan-cut off from 3 to 5 at night, you can survive. But they also turn off if it rains at any time, while the hotel has its own generator, but the kitchen, reception, corridors and elevators are powered from it. The rooms remain without lights and conduits! It's a complete mess. Considering the not small price of the room (twice the average for the village of Ldzaa), I would not advise staying here.

We were in Abkhazia with our spouse for the first time! We were so happy that we did not check into a guest house, but into a hotel! "Regina" was looked at for a long time (that is, in several approaches). We chose the dates from July 23 to July 30.
But both in terms of location, proximity to the sea, and the level of silence - everything met expectations! Mountain view, food - in truth, in moderation! The staff - their attitude was at an excellent level! On the night of departure, the receptionist generally helped us find a profitable taxi! In general, the hotel staff is customer-oriented! This is the truth. And anyone who writes badly about the hotel wants to give a comment - take off the crown :)
