Cool hotel. We lived in this hotel for the first half of November 2023. The staff is friendly, tries to help in everything, but almost no one understands English, let alone Russian. The guy from the restaurant on the 1st floor is called for help, he somehow speaks English)) But we managed without it, literally with gestures) Sometimes they use a translator in the phone. Upon arrival, a deposit of 1000 baht is taken, a receipt is issued, according to which, upon departure, the baht is returned if everything is OK. The room was spacious and clean, everything you need is there. The safe, as the guy from the restaurant explained to us, is locked only with a key, the code does not work, we did not leave the keys at the reception, only if we wanted the room to be cleaned. If you do not leave the keys, then they will not come to your room, only bottles of water and toilet paper will be left under the door)) The hotel is right in front of the Festival shopping center, and about 23.00 there is a street cafe and the music is screaming, it didn't bother us, because they themselves wandered until late at night) The location of the hotel is generally excellent, you can walk almost anywhere, we often returned in the evening on tuk-tuks, our legs didn't go)) There are a lot of cafes and shops nearby within walking distance, we especially liked the Villa hypermarket, like our Auchan, there is everything! They accept the Kazakh Kaspi Visa card, although every 7/11 store accepts it there, but from a certain purchase amount. In the Festival shopping center, by the way, there is also a good supermarket on the 1st floor, where there is a large "restaurant yard", they accept a card everywhere. The restaurant of the hotel itself on the 1st floor is delicious, but with alcohol is not thick... Beer and whiskey, although there are a lot of things in the bar card, maybe it was just the beginning of the season)) In general, we were very pleased that we accidentally chose this hotel.
A 2-star hotel with a minus...I'll start with the fact that 1000 baht is charged upon arrival and refunded only upon eviction..even if you have it at 3 or 5 00.. (.the shops are all closed) the entrance group of the hotel is terrible..- mud, steers, it stinks.
The bed linen and towel are dirty, traces of freckles, etc ...
The water heater stopped working on the second day ....because I am not a fastidious person and washed in a cool room...Well, this is ASIA..They would have been happy in the tent*
If you come to this hotel..then take it without breakfast....better in
Central T.C. to eat for 50-70 baht.
Two advantages......that the staff is responsive...nice people..👌 and the location of the hotel is good 👍
A good economy-class hotel. It is small, there are 60 rooms. The rooms have a kettle, a TV (two channels in Russian), a safe. The beds are wide, double, comfortable. Rooms are cleaned daily, pillowcases are also changed daily, sheets are changed every three days. 4 bottles of water, shampoo. The staff are friendly, smiling, although they do not understand English or, especially, Russian. But everyone had smartphones with online translators, so all the issues were solved easily. There are disadvantages: there are no balconies in the rooms and an American breakfast (served in the Indian restaurant at the hotel) .We were in January 2023, we liked it. And one more plus, the toilet is separated from the shower by sliding doors.
