The view from the hotel is amazing.
From the bad - paper walls and doors, the staff can noisily clean and repair neighboring rooms at one o'clock in the morning. Windows with a draft, strong noise from the street is perfectly audible - cars are constantly beeping, accelerating with a roar, everything is audible. "Breakfast" - you can immediately forget about it, it is symbolic.

The rooms are cozy and nice. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. There is a kettle, dishes, and a refrigerator in the room. The heating of the room is air conditioned, and this system is not controlled in every room. I had a temperature of 29 ° C and it was unbearably hot, the open window did not save me, the system did not rebuild.

Cons: they clean every other day and that's bad, To achieve that without cleaning, but they brought bathroom accessories - they promise you, but no) even if they cleaned it, it's not a fact that they put it.
Painted walls by other guests, other people's remains in the form of hair and other things can easily be found in the bathroom. They don't like a vacuum cleaner here either.
Now about the rest: the shower is clogged - sorry, we'll fix it when you leave, use the Jacuzzi, but the Jacuzzi and the sink have the same trick!)
Door locks to the toilet - it works with a creak in one, it's broken in the other - again, we'll fix it later, we ordered.
Sockets are falling out of the wall…
Safes - sorry, they are there, as many as 2, but alas - they do not work.
We'll also give you two bottles of water if we come to clean up. * When we moved in, there was no such luxury and of course there were no coolers either, the restaurant was no longer working. Therefore, look for water wherever you want... there is one in the tap)

The furniture is trimmed, but not critically.
The room was a junior suite, please note. And it didn't cost cheap. But for not having the best, we stayed here for the whole vacation ... the store is not far away, McDonald's is two steps away, after all. There is a good restaurant bar with a hookah Tin in a minute walk)
In general, the hotel is not 4 stars - for sure. We understood that the service here is not the same as in Turkey or anywhere else, but it exceeded even our expectations. After all, stardom is a certain standard, which is expected at least at a minimum.

I arrived on a business trip! We knew that 100% of things and a laptop book were stolen for a short time, right out of the room! Well, the money and documents were with him. There was no hacking, they opened with a magnetic key and clearly went to the room and there were similar incidents). The words of the hotel administration - "yes, they were stolen with the help of the staff, the magnetic key that we have and the staff is involved. But there's nothing we can't do and help! We are waiting for news from the police investigation! We don't have any responsibility. All..."-

The old battered hotel!
The refrigerator is smelly and dirty as if someone farted into it with gravy. In a drinking glass, someone stewed steers that were never washed and delivered to customers. I'm not ashamed of the management ... after all, 4 stars. You can open any room with a magnetic key!
The room has never been cleaned in 5 days of stay!
I do not recommend it!!!

The hotel is exactly 3 stars, but there are additional bonuses. It is located next to the Baikonur metro station. For the first visit to the city, this is just what you need. A little by subway, a little on foot. The entire upper floor is occupied by a restaurant with panoramic views of the city. There is a magnificent view of the mountains from here.

I've been traveling on business trips for about 10 years. I've probably seen 1000 hotels. But this is the worst (I swear) of all. A guy with a disgruntled face will meet you at the reception. Neither hello, nor thank you, nor please. It's dog-cold. Breakfast is terrible. Chemical sausages, hard boiled eggs, one kind of dessert, oatmeal on the water. Well, the cheese is also plasticine. Apple juice is diluted with 1/5 water. Apple slop, simply put. There are stains from leaks all around, the wallpaper is peeling off. Furniture from the early noughties. It's cold in the room. +17 and the air conditioner does not work for heating. For a double room, they give one key and at least a stake on the head of the receptionist. I stayed late at the mall, I had the key. A colleague couldn't get into the room at ONE o'clock! They didn't give me a key. In general, the bottom of the hotel.

It's just a bottom. We rented a junior suite on the 12th floor. Everything is packed. The robes are washed to holes. The shower stall is leaking. The drain on the barrel does not work. I had to press 2-3 times so that the water would stop flowing after filling the barrel. There were no glasses in the room. When I asked them to bring them, the reception replied that the dining room was already closed, we will bring them tomorrow. They didn't bring it… He asked me to bring water every day. It didn't work without reminders. The breakfasts, as you may have guessed, are the same as the hotel, bastard. And the apotheosis... you can open absolutely any number with an electronic key. We checked on 4 rooms. Our room was also easily opened with the keys of other users' guests. In general, I recommend everyone to avoid this institution.

It's disgusting. The best thing you can do if you respect yourself is never, under any circumstances, book this hotel. They won't put you in anything here.
At 7:30 after the flight, after a long wait in the lobby, a sleepy and rumpled young man will check you into the wrong room category that you booked in advance, but into any one and tell you that you will need to move around 12 o'clock. At 11:20 a.m., the cleaning lady will knock daily (even if you have a "do not disturb" sign), at 11:50 a.m., ignoring the "do not disturb" sign, the doorman will knock on you and demand that you immediately go to the reception to pay for your stay (by the way, it was paid for, but that no less). The care and respect of the guests? - No, it's not here.
Not once in a week!!! the plumbing was not cleaned, the floor was not washed and the tables were wiped. The cleaners made the bed, changed the towels, took out the trash, randomly replenished the shower accessories- that's all.
There is nothing to say about the disgusting breakfast, on which only boiled eggs are edible, a person who eats healthy food will stay hungry here. Tired rooms with broken lighting and a non-opening faucet in the sink are also without comment. The hotel is not worth the money that is being asked for it.

At first glance it looks cool, but in reality it is devastation. Extensive repairs, but everything is running. There are many breakdowns in the rooms - locks are broken, wallpaper is stripped, cracks in the tiles, switches are falling off. The impression is that the numbers are not being monitored.
At first they did not give out towels, then they gave out leaky ones.
It was 11 degrees in the room upon check-in. The air was heated for half a day. I had to insist on asking for an additional heater.
The staff is indifferent. They work slowly.
Breakfast is made from the cheapest products. It is impossible to eat.
We lived for 5 days. The room has not been cleaned once.
I don't recommend staying there.
