Everything is very great ... Especially the staff - Dhanushka - helps out in all matters and cleaned the rooms very well, comfortable beds ... the room has everything you need, coffee, tea, hygiene products .... good sound insulation ... Super hotel, I will recommend it to all my friends ❤️

A review is a warning! Do not choose this hotel, especially if you are traveling with children or elderly people! 1. There is no shuttle to the sea! He was there, but since April 2024 he has not been there. The tour operator did not change the description of the hotel, which was misleading. 2. The hotel is located 20 minutes walk from the metro! There are no sidewalks. We'll have to walk through the dust. 3. The hotel staff is a separate conversation. Absolutely not professional. How many times did the cleaning, so many times did they take away towels and did not put new ones. I had to go down to the reception every time and ask them. As a result, an employee came with one towel, and said I know for sure that there is a second one, here's one for you. I had to bring him to the room and show him. Only after that, with a displeased expression on his face, he brought it. And we explained that 2 towels are needed for 2 people. 4. Breakfast without cereals and yoghurts. One Indian spicy cuisine. Instant nescafe coffee, which also had to be asked to be brought. The napkins are dirty and dirty. The view from the windows of the pigeon shit. 5. You should not expect understanding from the staff. We needed a needle, and the reception just replied - we don't have it. I had to remind them that the 4-star hotel is kind of like, and it's unforgivable to respond to guests like that. The next day they gave me a set. 6. There is a constant construction site outside the window, noise and dust. Conclusion: if you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't take this hotel.
