We booked squash for the second time at this club, the first time everything was without problems, but the second time there was some kind of technical error and upon arrival all the courts were occupied. They couldn't offer us anything but to wait for an hour and drink tea. It is a very strange attitude towards clients and their time, considering that this is the most expensive club in Yerevan. I don't see any point in coming here anymore if this is how the management corrects their mistakes here.

If in the option for a trial session for which you will pay 20,000, be prepared that nothing will be explained to you, neither where the locker room is located, nor where to get a towel (by the way, you will pay separately for it), where the spa area is located. Be prepared for the fact that you will wander in a Kafkaesque hell on three floors, asking everyone in a row, looking for doors to locker rooms that are indistinguishable from doors to toilets, looking for areas that are not signed in any way, banging assholes with other visitors in micro locker rooms, etc. You will have one towel for everything, and even for money you will not be given a second one. Therefore, all visitors polish their equipment (good, by the way) with sweaty backs and necks. Also, there will be no wardrobe, you will pack your jacket with the rest of your belongings in a micro locker.
The most negative experience.
In short, at least go to a trial session before taking a subscription to see if this is right for you.
I signed up for a massage with a woman for a certain slot in a week. I come and find out that a man will do the massage.
As a result: I lost time, I moved the slot, the standard "sorry" from the SPA.
For the equipment 5, everything else is darkness and horror.
There are a lot of people, you don't expect such a crowd for this money :)

Not a bad sports complex. Dear, but the cleanliness of the locker rooms is very lame. Hair dryers for drying hair are broken. Isn't it possible to upgrade them for such prices? The gym itself is very small, apart from the cardio zone. The only thing that made me happy was the Olympic 50m pool!
Everything is fine, except the changing rooms and the shower. Mold on the ceiling in the shower and cramped locker rooms spoil all the positive impressions.
I do NOT recommend Reebok.
In my ranking of all fitness clubs, it is the most unintuitive.
The pool does not meet the requirements of FINA. It's not even suitable for small-town competitions. Poor ventilation, a cramped bowl, no viewing balconies, and generally no seats for competition spectators. It is clear that the developer did not take qualified consultations during the construction of the aqua zone.
The towers are closed, there is no marking for spinners, the sides are uncomfortable and without running boards. Children get stuck, it's dangerous. The children's section is there until the first dry drowning.
One of the advantages is a funny bottom vacuum cleaner. The rover is like this, I liked it very much)

To get to the gym, I ran twice from the 3rd to the 1st floor - they didn't help, then to the sales department to show where the door is. None of the doors on the entire floor of the gym led to the gym. A locked (!) door without markings from inside a separate changing room led to the gym, which you pass by if you have already undressed in the lower changing room.
To hand over the towel, there's a secret room behind you, there's a crack open around the corner, and over there, you have to click a card and put your nerves in a bucket. I didn't understand where to get a towel at all, the technician brought it to me.
The men kicked me out of the hammam because it's male. The neighboring hammam turned out to be shared. There is no female. The markings are in Armenian. It's not clear at all in this club
I thought about writing such a review for a long time, but finally decided. My review is related to Sevenspastars, the immediate brainchild of Reebok. It was not possible to leave a review for the spa itself, since the Spa does not have a feedback function on Facebook. Why would it seem like that🤔 At the very beginning, I was delighted with the nail service, laser hair removal and hairdressing service, so I decided to go to a cosmetologist! I signed up for a facial cleansing, an elementary procedure. They did everything for me, performed a spa ceremony and I went home satisfied. It's getting late, I went to wash my face and I see that I have bloody wounds in the places of moles!!! The cosmetologist picked out 3 moles for me!!🥺🥺🥺🥺 I couldn't stop the blood on one of them for a long time. I am shocked by such a stroke of fate, in the morning I went to explain the situation. The cosmetologist apologized with a smile on her face, the manager made me wait an hour for them to decide what to do. I waited, I got an appointment with their dermatologist the next day. I came, if I'm not mistaken, the spa administrator Elena met me and asked with a straight face what problem I came to her with!!What problem did I come to her with ?? Your cosmetologists have uncovered moles for me, which I'm afraid to breathe on, let alone touch! As if your "luxury" spa would cause me problems. I explained the situation to her, which she treated coldly and skeptically. She said it was a scratch, and she would provide her cosmetologist. I explained to her that her doctors could not do basic cleaning, how could I trust them, especially since it was related to my health. I offered her, as a spa administrator, the minimum: to bear the costs of an independent expert's assessment and subsequent expenses if it turns out that their "cosmetological care" requires further solutions. Elena considered my fame a blasphemy and unworthy of her royal attention and allowed only the second option. I was taken by a dermatologist to a scanner and saw inflammation in the wounds where the moles are.
None of the managers of the spa and Reebok apologized to me for their damage, on the contrary, I received a boorish and biased attitude towards myself. I was very disappointed with SevenStarsSpa and traumatized by their torment, it is impossible to treat a client so rudely anywhere, especially in the "luxury" spa of Armenia 😢😢😢

I have been visiting the club for more than 6 months.Suits and likes everything without exception. And kind and attentive staff, and perfect cleanliness, and a variety of exercise equipment.

UPD. Thanks for the reaction of the club management! The shoes that were missing on Friday have been found! As I understood it, the parent intern put the shoes in some kind of box that no one knew about. Everything is resolved!
Last Friday, my sneakers went missing. Straight from the club's locker room. I was shocked, I was completely sure that someone from the staff had just put them in the locker. But no, my shoes were not found and in the evening it was cool outside, to put it mildly, I had to get in bathing slippers more on my bare feet. But most of all, I was struck by the reaction of the managers. None of them! NOT ONE! They didn't even apologize for the theft, they just repeated the same thing, "we are not responsible."
