Great environment, super nice and friendly staff, very inspiring conditions and an overall positive experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a healthy and athletic lifestyle.
Initial Review (4 June, 2023): My experience visiting the "Reebok" sports club left a profoundly negative impression. The inappropriate use of space and absolute incompetence of the staff made me question their professionalism.
Firstly, the reception of the club raises many questions. Being there in twos or even threes, they are unable to answer the simplest questions, referring to the manager instead. It's unclear what they are doing there if all issues are supposed to be solved by one person?
The conditions in the club added to my disappointment. Instead of a functional cloakroom intended for the storage of outerwear, there's only a cramped changing room with extremely small lockers. If you came to the club in a jacket or coat, you will have to cram all your clothes into this tiny cell, which causes discomfort and tension.
And this is yet another confirmation of the club's wasteful use of space. The irony is that there is a fairly large store of sports goods here, but they couldn't find room for a well-equipped cloakroom for customer comfort.
The workout area seems too small, most machines are represented in a single copy. At the same time, the cardio area is disproportionately large, and I've never seen all the treadmills occupied. Numerous empty halls, wide corridors, and large spaces are used ineffectively. There's not even a basic area for warm-up and stretching - instead, a corner in the training area is allocated, which does not contribute to a comfortable workout.
The club's inventory is a separate topic. There are not enough barbells and dumbbells, and visitors rarely return them to their place after use. The staff does not keep order, and visitors have to "hunt" for the necessary weights.
The most disappointing thing in this whole situation is that it seems the club's management does not care about their customers. It seems that their solution to the problem of the influx of customers boils down to a simple increase in the cost of the subscription, instead of rethinking the use of space and improving service. The cost of the subscription, which was unreasonably high already earlier, only increased this year.
It's really a shame that such a well-known brand as "Reebok" has allowed these kinds of miscalculations in their club's work. Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend this club for workouts.
First Update (12 July, 2023): After leaving a comment, representatives from Reebok reached out to me. A conversation with the gym manager, Soso, took place, but ultimately, it led to no resolution. He responded to all my remarks, including those listed in the comment, saying that it's a franchise and they can't change anything. When I mentioned the lack of benches and the possibility of adding more, he simply said that it wouldn't make a difference; if more were added, they would also be occupied. At this point, logic left the conversation and I saw no reason to continue it. There was also an attempt to appease me with a free training session with a coach and an invitation for tea. But I don't need any of this, what I need is a problem solution, or at least to see that the club cares about these issues. However, a month later, nothing that I mentioned has changed. Other issues have surfaced, related to group training sessions, about which I will write later. But I want to note that so far, I've only met one person there who is open to conversation and listens to what you say, and that's the manager Zhora.
