Обращаюсь к ним второй раз в течение года. Достаточно широкий выбор упаковки. На сайте в режиме он-олайн быстро обновляется ассортимент, можно сделать лист ожидания при отсуствии товара. На Вайбер или эл.почту высылают прайс, чек, как платить через ЕРИП. Отлично консультируют как по телефону, так и тет-а-тет.
Можно полностью дистанционно заказать товар + по городу отправят любой курьерской службой, которую заказывает покупатель.
Недавно не было упаковки. Сотрудница сама через неделю позвонила и сообщила о поступлении.
В самом офисе можно посмотреть в живую образцы упаковки.
Единственный минус - находятся в промзоне, где даже мимо не проезжает ни один общественеый транспорт. Пешком идти очень долго. Поэтому в идеале у кого авто, либо на такси.
Может быть возможно им надо сотрудничать с почтой. Думаю есть покупатели и за МКАД. Запустить рекламу

Заказывала картонные коробки, упаковочную пленку, скотч. Смс о готовности заказа пришла быстро. Сказали, что можно забрать в субботу. Я ехала из другого города специально, чтобы забрать заказ. В итоге дверь была закрыта, по телефону никто не отвечал. Прождала час на улице. Кроме меня приходили еще несколько человек за заказами. Всем пришлось уйти. В итоге человек из соседней компании сказал, что с утра в этот офис никто не приходил. Просто отвратительный сервис и отношение к заказчикам. Зачем писать, что работаете в субботу, если по факту не работаете? Никому не рекомендую заказывать в этом магазине.

Как ремесленник часто отправляю свои изделия потребителям почтой. Всегда собирал упаковку по магазинам, но при нормальной загрузке такая схема не срабатывает. Решил заказать в интернете. Из-за наличия доставки в регион выбрал RedPack. Ребята работают быстро, цены хорошие, материал продают подходящий. Рекомендую.
