I was sent to the service center, to Sayat-Nova 24, where an employee with a stone face, absolutely without any emotions, with his whole appearance expressing a disregard for the situation, said that he could not help in any way. They do not change the headphones, they do not repair them, they do not return the money, because this is a "hygienic product". But let me say, AirPods, which cost one and a half times more in this counter than in other stores, they change, you see, their policy does not apply to all types of "hygienic goods". Then I called the RA Consumer Support center, where the lawyers made it clear to me that this store, if I may say so, violated the law, and that this was not the first complaint against them. I turned to them again, but either the manager or the director was already connected, in a word, a guy dressed in a homemade sweater, with boorish behavior. When I wanted to know his name, he said he didn't want to have anything to do with me. So, this gentleman, "I don't want to have anything to do with you," repeatedly raised his voice at the client and turned to personalities during the dialogue. Honestly, this is the first time in my life that an organization has addressed me like this, I have never seen a manager who is the face of the company raise his voice and insult a client. Well, what kind of manager, such is the company, which, in principle, comes from the situation. And a bonus for those who read the review to the end will be a shocking shock: if you go and read about this counter on Google, then there, in addition to bots giving 5 stars and comments from the category of "super store, thank you", you can see a bunch of negative, carefully written reviews, both from Russian-speaking customers and from English-speaking ones. And what is not among these reviews is that they sold a repaired iPhone under the guise of a new one, then they were rude, then they sold the defective product again and could not help in any way. In short, my advice to you is to have respect for yourself, take care of your mental health and go around this place for the 5th kilometer.)

They sell strange goods. Customers always fight with them in the service center. You should not buy Apple equipment, because the official service center does not serve the goods they sell. There is practically no guarantee, no replacement is carried out.
Купила 5 декабря мышь Apple Magic Mouse 3 в подарок мужу, у него сегодня день Рождения. Подарила, открыли пакет и оказалось, что там другой товар - Apple Magic Mouse 2, хотя чек и сумма и гарантийный талон выписан на 3 модель. Позвонила в магазин с просьбой отправить курьера, так как живу в Дилижане и за подарком ездила специально в Ереван. Итог: хамское отношение менеджеров, ни извинений, ни шага навстречу к решению проблемы. Теперь я должна везти мышь в их магазин, хотя я без машины и сумма такси - это половина суммы покупки. Такой вот день Рождения. Испортили настроение и мне, и мужу.
Еще и под конец разговоров бросили трубку.
Прекрасный сервис по ремонту техники. Воскресили можно сказать из мёртвых мой ноутбук, в котором проще перечислить что нормально работало, чём всё, что сломано. Всё сделали быстро, диагностировали главную проблему, поставили новый ссд, плату вай-фай/блютус, переустановили систему, и дали внешний кейс под жёсткий диск, потому что переходник через CD-разъём совсем отказал, почистили некоторые контакты из-за очень давнего пролития воды на клавиатуру. И за всё это взяли совсем немного, я ожидала, что выйдет всё равно что купить новый ноутбук, но нет! Очень отзывчивые и знающие своё дело специалисты, ещё раз спасибо за качественную работу, прошёл почти месяц, ноутбук работает отлично!
Продавцы подсунули более дешевую версию - Magic Mouse 2 вместо Magic Mouse 3. После того, как это выяснилось, магазин отказался присылать курьера, чтобы обменять товар. По телефону мне нахамил менеджер Левон, и потом сотрудник сервисного центра Давид.
Никому не советую покупать что-либо в этом магазине.

Плохой сервис. Покупала защитное стекло, предложили сами наклеить (входит в стоимость стекла). Клеили очень долго, видимо попалась пыль под стеклом. Консультант сразу начал оправдываться, что "у вас уже было много царапин на экране", хотя их не было. В результате к концу дня стекло пошло пузырями... Лучше бы сама клеила за такие деньги.
