Despite the distance from the main attractions, I give 5 stars. There is parking, a good view of the city. Because the hotel is located on a mountain, it's a little harder to get there on foot. The hotel has a parking lot.The rooms are clean, there is a shared balcony with tables, the kitchen is shared, but the room has a table and two chairs. We liked it, not far from Dudabi

Stunning view of the night city from the highway. The room is neat and clean. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. The only thing that is inconvenient is to get up the narrow streets and find a parking place, especially at night.

We lived here for a month and a half. Extremely hospitable, helpful and unselfish hosts. They paid ~ 1000 rubles for the room, we were offered to rent an apartment on the top floor for $ 300 for a month, but we refused because there were fewer people on the floor below, the kitchen is more spacious, there is a microwave. The shared kitchen is in good condition, there are all necessary kitchen utensils, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, several sinks, free tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil. I want to note that the water here is very clean! It doesn't smell, it's completely transparent, the owner even said that they drink it directly from the tap. Cleaning really takes place every day, but you can ask to clean up if necessary. The rooms are comfortable, comfortable, the bathroom is in decent condition, there is air conditioning, it helped us out in early and mid-May, when it was cool at night, and then when the heat set in. The silence and speed of the Internet depends on what time you arrived here and how many people live next to you. In June, there were more and more guests, so there were slight inconveniences with a lack of shelves for all residents, moreover, as in all hotels and hotels, there are very noisy and indifferent tenants who do not care about the comfort of other people (but this, of course, does not depend on the owners in any way).
Cats often hang out near the hotel, which we were happy to feed, even once we saw cute kittens)

Five stars for being accepted at night. So four in the shower. A room without a TV. Maybe there is a TV, but I took a simple one. The sons of the owner speak only Georgian and English. The hostess speaks Russian. I didn't see the owner, but I spoke to him on the phone in Russian. It is convenient that you can pay in dollars or euros if you do not have lari. I don't know for rubles

A great hotel, we stayed for a couple of days in the summer. Later, my husband did not come to tae de for a long time. There is a kitchen and a washing machine, the rooms are clean and well renovated. It is possible with cats 😺

The hotel is small and clean. There is a shared kitchen with a minimum set of dishes where you can reheat or cook yourself.
It offers a pleasant view of the city.
The disadvantage is that it is located on a mountain, it is very difficult to climb on foot. It's a long way to restaurants/shops. But there is Parking for residents.

I stayed at this hotel twice. I really liked the hotel. Cozy double rooms. Very polite staff and reasonable prices. It is possible to rent a room with breakfast or cook yourself in the kitchen. It is located in a quiet place, but the metro can be reached in twenty minutes.
