This was one of the greatest restaurants I've eaten anywhere, and was the first time we had visited while in Vitebsk! The drinks were absolutely top notched. We had several drinks all prepared perfect. The filet mignon I had was cooked to perfection as was the squash soup eaten by my partner. The service was phenomenal too by the way.

I recently visited the Rib restaurant and was completely delighted! This place really stands out from many others, and that's why.
The first thing that surprises is the atmosphere. The interior is decorated stylishly and tastefully, which creates a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. It is very cozy here, and you immediately feel that everything is done with a soul.
The menu is varied and offers many interesting dishes, which is especially pleasing. We tried several appetizers and main courses — everything was incredibly delicious! I especially want to mention the ribs, which just melt in your mouth. The portions are generous, and the presentation of the dishes is top-notch.
The service is also on the level: the waiters are attentive and polite, ready to help with the choice and at the top all the time. We didn't wait long, and everything was delivered quickly.
Yes, the prices here are really above average, but the quality of the food, the atmosphere and the service fully justify them. This is a great place for a special occasion or a romantic evening.
In general, the restaurant "Rib" is worth the money. I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to my friends!

One of the best establishments in the city and in particular in Belarus. The level of the capital institution. Delicious food, large portions, interesting serving, decent bar, good service, friendly staff.
Minus: the high cost of food and drinks for the city. Even in Minsk, you can find something similar in quality or so, but cheaper.

It was delicious, but on Monday we waited a very long time for the order (an hour), the staff was polite, the atmosphere was cozy. I think that Vitebsk is an expensive place to visit (I compare it with a very good restaurant in the center of St. Petersburg).
We ordered a burger with a veal cheek - sooooo tender meat, insanely delicious; a burger with chicken is also delicious, the meat is soft; they serve awesome French fries with burgers🔥

We got here by accident. We arrived in Vitebsk in the evening, checked into an apartment nearby and came to eat. It is very cozy, delicious and at reasonable prices.
The menu is not very large, designed in a style around meat.
I'm eating a very tasty original duck.
The beer is fresh and delicious. We were sitting on the veranda.
If we go to Vitebsk again, we will definitely go for a meal.

Great restaurant. The menu offers various types of steaks. The most delicious tom yam is right here. The interior and atmosphere in the restaurant are pleasant, the waiters are friendly and will help with the selection of dishes. The prices are above average, but it's worth it. A wonderful restaurant, one of the best in the city. The food is delicious, the service is 10/10. The steak is wonderful!!! Bravo to the chefs!
The only downside is, do something with the lamps on the terrace!!! We always ask them to turn them off, the light hits your eyes, it's impossible!!!! Moreover, how many times have we been there, half of the tables are asked to do the same. A question? Why haven't they done anything yet?
Otherwise, everything is great! We will visit you regularly!

I really liked it! Pleasant atmosphere, polite staff, cozy summer veranda, near the city of artisans (I ate delicious food and you can immediately go for a walk in beautiful places), quiet nearby, beautiful street, delicious food, I really liked the lemonades, it's a pity that the salads do not have very large portions, very tasty, I wanted more, but I had to leave, so how the time of the reserved table began. We were during the Slavic bazaar, delighted!

My huge thanks to the restaurant, which once again did not disappoint me! The level of service is European, which is manifested in every detail of the interior, the serving, the behavior of the staff. The interior is stylish, you can sit together and celebrate a family celebration. Moreover, there is enough space not to interfere with each other.
A great cafe, and the list of dishes is selected for every taste. The staff is unobtrusive but helpful. We have celebrated holidays here with friends several times, and we are not going to change our choice.

Excellent cuisine, a good selection of meat and ribs in particular, I liked the sauces and marinades even more than Basta's in St. Petersburg, large portions, very tasty draught Belgian beer, friendly staff, WiFi. And a nice bonus as a chair by the toilet to wait in line if necessary :)

An interesting place in Vitebsk with an open kitchen. It is possible to stay on the veranda.
Tortilla with chicken and bacon; grilled chicken salad; filet mignon; tropical kiss cocktail and floral cosmopolitan - dishes that were especially liked. Delicious, hearty, large portions. Interesting steak serving.
Despite the small number of chefs, the service was quite fast; the service was good and courteous.
Among the disadvantages: seasonal lemonades are not saturated; an unpleasant smell in the toilet.

The interior is very pleasant, it is comfortable to sit with the company, nothing interferes, it is very cozy.
We ordered pork ribs at the berry barbecue. And the Instagram photo and the menu didn't look like what we were served at all. They brought a dish shaped like a cake. The piece was slightly warm in the middle. I will not say that it is tasteless :) delicious, but not for the right price
I can't say about the rest of the dishes, but I wouldn't order the ribs again

Excellent grill restaurant in Vitebsk. We took pork ribs in lingonberry sauce and filet mignon. The meat just melted in my mouth. Beautiful serving and pretty quick cooking. The staff is very pleasant. The portions are large. The prices are above average, but adequate in quality. I definitely recommend it for meat lovers.

We were on 08/05/2024 with the whole family. The price/quality does not match. The prices are like in a good Moscow restaurant with decent cuisine, which we cannot say about the "Rib". Dear owners, try the dishes of your chef, then visit the restaurants in Moscow and feel the difference. The children hardly drank chemical cocktails, did not eat fatty ribs, did not eat fatty shrimp, and after French fries in old butter they felt sick. We spent the night very "fun".
We do not recommend the institution to visit.
The kitchen definitely needs to be changed, prices revised, cleaning improved, the only plus is the excellent staff - the waiters are above all praise - only for them 2 *.

Vitebsk place with a claim and Minsk prices. the service is generally quite good. but with a full landing in the hall, the kitchen can not cope. the vaunted ribs are overworked (probably 15 declared hours is too much for them), the meat is absolutely bland. There is no craft beer.

The dishes were three-course, I liked the tartar on the bone, and you can spit on the warm salad with beef, the rubber pork shish kebab was salted, the steak with gnocchi was passable... The prices are like in St. Petersburg in a good institution, but here it's a complete disappointment. And the swearing cooks in the kitchen, like the cherry on the cake, it was very unpleasant to sit with a child near such a kitchen.

The establishment left very different impressions. The service is excellent. The interior is very interesting. But there is some ambiguity about the dishes. The restaurant is quite expensive and you expect that the dishes will be at a height comparable to the service. Pork kebab - fire. The meat is soft and delicious. It melts in my mouth. Carto fries are an interesting serving and delicious.
But Tom-Yam was turned on for nothing. It is delicious, energetic, but has nothing to do with Tom-Yam. There are no spices, herbs from the word at all. Chicken broth, mussels, shrimp and tom yam pasta. Deep-fried cauliflower is the worst thing I've ever seen. It's faded, soft and absolutely not tasty.

We were passing through Vitebsk. We asked the local catering experts where you can go to a good place to eat. This institution was highly recommended. But in vain! We ordered ribs. They brought something! After the test, it was agreed that this is, at best, a piece of pork meat with long fibers, practically unsuitable for chewing. To our puzzled question about whether there is a difference between ribs and baked ham (although it was difficult to call this piece a ham), the waitress was talking some nonsense. The evening was ruined. And the prices in this institution are not the most humane. I do not recommend it.

The most favorite place in Vitebsk, where you are always welcome and will easily help you choose exactly the right dish. Wonderful Cafe ,, Rib,, ! Not just delicious, but super delicious! They cooked for a long time, and this is excellent and indicates that they are cooking, and not warming up the freeze! Very tasty bacon with chicken liver (they have never eaten anything so delicious anywhere), wonderfully cooked dumplings, And beef ribs are aerobatics.
