I applied for a visa to this company more than a year ago. Still no visa, no refund from the company. At first, Edward, the head of the company, served breakfast, then he simply stopped contacting us. After reading the reviews, I understand that the case is not an isolated one, but a system. I am preparing documents for submitting an application to the authorities. This company is clearly engaged in fraud.

I applied to Real time in order to obtain an Italian Schengen. I made a 100% prepayment for the services. It was supposed to be recorded in August 2024. Due to the excitement at the Italian consulate for the issuance of recording slots, the company offered to postpone the submission to September or refund the prepayment. Since the submission in September did not suit me, I had to resort to the second option. The prepayment was refunded in full.

I do not advise contacting this agency. Just waste your time and nerves. I signed a contract with them for a full prepayment for a Spanish visa in February 2024. After signing the documents, the date of the proposed submission was constantly postponed (first for a week, then for another week, etc. - so they fed promises until mid-April): either they have problems with the server, or the Spanish visa application center is to blame for everything and has stopped issuing windows. Manager Matvey almost never picked up the phone or dropped calls, he also answered messengers once every few days, and then he began to ignore them altogether. They also stop picking up or dropping the shared office phone after paying for services. I had to go to the office to get the money back. I read other reviews - it turns out that I was not the only one who was overturned with visas…
