Good location. There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Spacious apartments. Three bedrooms, balconies. There is an elevator in the house. The kitchen has almost everything for cooking. Of the disadvantages- there is no microwave. There are constant sewage smells in the toilet. The house is located on a steep hill, it is not convenient to stop by.
