It is with a feeling of sufficient satisfaction that I leave this bright and warm house, Dos Medicus, where comfort, friendliness and attention to patients reign, from the management to the staff. Everything is working smoothly, "without noise and dust." Mechanotherapy specialists deserve special attention, where they patiently, with their hearts and souls, invest their efforts in order to help in some way, perhaps sometimes harshly and persistently. I didn't come into close contact with any of the guys there (I studied on my own), but everything was in plain sight and especially drew attention to patience and the desire to help seriously ill people! Among the staff, I would like to single out Valentina, Nurlygul, Natalia as specialists in their field, nurse Azhargul and, of course, the charming acupuncturist Aiganym, who works warmly and cordially with patients. Thank them very much! They say that "the theater begins with a hanger."Indeed, this expression fully corresponds to the situation in the Center, starting from the patient's meeting at the reception, in the waiting room, and even with security and in the food hall. Everything is working smoothly and clearly! Discipline and order are obviously, in our language, from the commanders led by Askar Rymbekovich! It's a blur! Good luck to all and prosperity! Along with this, there was a shortage of towels. The shower room by the pool requires a complete renovation. And there is little time for special activities in the pool with subsequent washing, since it takes a lot of time for seriously ill people to change clothes.
