Здравствуйте. Работали 11.04 с РБУ 2. Принимали бетон на бетонные полы под минибетононасос. Ужасное качество бетонной смеси, администрацию предупреждали о рецептуре смеси под бетононасос. Прокачали 3 машины, 4ый автобетоносмеситель пришёл смесью щебня и воды, насос задыхался и не прокачал смесь. Вызвали администрацию , просили поменять смесь. Три раза машину разворачивали и возвращали ту же самую, держа заказчика и нас за дураков. Полы испорчены, технологический процесс нарушен ,благодаря этим людям. Некомпетентный директор, который вторит про своё высшее образование , пытается спихнуть всё на насос , который качает десятки тысяч кубов бетона в год по РБ. Женщина технолог , которая лыбится во время критичного происшествия и не может ничего решить, видимо видела бетонную смесь только из окна кабинета. Не рекомендую обращаться к этим людям, если не хотите испортить себе жизнь.

Отношение к физ лицам отвратительное хотя пришел клиент принявший от рбу более 200 кубов битона около 40 колец. Приобрел товар в другом месте дешевле на 20 рублей оперативно и четко .товар отличный персонал нет,когда берешь каждый день ты нужный клиент пришел разова успеешь.может вина неперсонала но в другом месте с этим проблем нет.
Здраствуйте стоит обратить внимание на хамское обьявление и изминение цен в процессе разговора . Когда заказываешь инертные тебе говорят только с нашей доставкой не нравиться то заказывай у других или цена выростает в двое . Точнее менеджер иван огласил цену одну с доставкой их автомобилем как все менеджеры сказали купили свою машину теперь своя доставка сам не приезжай .если забираешь сам цена выросла в двое за тонну . Думаю нужен звонок в органы налоговой инспекции ,беспредел начался
По качеству стройматериалов никаких нареканий. Обработка заказов и отгрузка происходит оперативно. Уважительное отношение к покупателям. Приятно было сотрудничать.
