It was necessary to update the passport data, as there is a virtual machine of this bank. I'm from another city, so the location of the office turned out to be a plus. Inside, everything was not so perfect: I did not find a queue management system, and no one was in a hurry to prompt me. Therefore, I had to greet an employee who was unoccupied at first glance, although later I noticed that she was a specialist in working with legal entities. Nevertheless, I updated the data without any problems, and the signature in the right place completed the procedure in just a few minutes.
I would like to express my gratitude to the employees of this bank for their politeness, professionalism, and individual approach to each client. It was serviced on June 13, after which there were only pleasant impressions for the rest of the day.

Disgusting attitude towards customers, the cash register did not work for 30 minutes, then it opened, served two customers and went on a technical break. I don't recommend it to anyone
