Fatih in Istanbul is a place with a real historical soul. Here you are surrounded by the majestic Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, and also this magnificent Topkapi Palace. The infrastructure here is also on the level: good hotels and restaurants for every taste. But be prepared for the fact that there are a lot of people here in the season itself - you can get confused in the crowd. In general, if you want to feel the spirit of ancient Istanbul, Fatih is definitely worth a visit.
A very colorful place! We enjoyed wandering through the bright colored streets, but be prepared for descents and ascents. I do not recommend visiting in the summer in the heat, you can faint
This is a great place where you can just wander through the streets and admire their beauty. Get ready for numerous ascents and descents.

In fact, a point on the map is a point for the entire area, you do not need to wait for something unusual at the very point. The whole area is magnificent, old kaartals with beautiful architecture.
Must-visit 👍

A very unusual street in an atypical area of Istanbul. We enjoyed walking here. No wonder Balat is gaining popularity.

Figs knows.... the street itself is so-so. Some ladies are beautiful, some are just old and squalid. But if you take pictures from a certain angle, you get great photos. My friends are jealous, but it didn't go well for me
An interesting place, an old neighborhood, wonderful cafes closer to the strait, but the houses don't take your eye out, maybe they'll be tinted closer to the season, they're not particularly colorful in January
