The restaurant accepted the order with delivery by 22:30, and then canceled it without warning! It would be possible to notify by phone. We are waiting for the order, and as a result we get a spoiled evening, because time no longer allows us to choose our food at will, and those remaining restaurants that are still open at this time will bring it very late.
Yandex referred to the fact that the restaurant staff did not have time to update the menu. Amazing incompetence, if that's what it is.

When picking up, the workers are rude and close the pick-up window in front of the face. The deliverymen insult and then hide in the back room behind the door. After submitting a complaint to the book of complaints and suggestions, a standard response comes that does not even relate to my complaint in any way and could not even correct the numbers in the response that would somehow look like an answer to my complaint. The complaint book was torn up by the way. Attempts to contact the manager through the call center do not help in any way.

Initially, there were premium rolls of excellent quality, but for the last year or two there has been a constant jamb with them.
Paying a little more than 90 rubles today (and this is still minus 20%, because there was a pickup) ruined both the mood and the evening.
- The Nevada roll, which was supposed to include another shrimp, was decided to be made simply with cheese, and somewhere else without nori
- Apparently they decided to improve the recipe of baked Brooklyn and added burnt rice to us (the roll fell apart so much that it was impossible to take it even with your hands)
- in okinawa, thank you at least for the black avocado, because in some pieces only cucumber and shrimp were
- "maguro".. who ate the rest of the rice, tuna and cucumber remains a mystery
- my favorite "cheese shrimp" as usual looks like vomit, nothing changes here.. and although n-no, some crooked-armed person, apparently, also forgot to put on glasses when he cut the roll.. about the fact that the nori in half of the rolls were peeled off, I will no longer specify
- Brooklyn.. fried onions were spared, rice too, because I could have come with mine, I just had to call.

Раз Два изначально задали высокую планку, очень вкусная и качественная еда, хороший сервис и быстрая доставка.
Но в последнее время, к большому сожалению, стали недотягивать по всем пунктам. Читая отзывы других, вижу, что не только я это заметила.
Для примера прикрепляю фото своей любимой пиццы, которую с душой делали раньше, и какой её привозят сейчас.

Пицца "пеперони лайт"
Вкуснейшая пицца пеперони со своей изюминкой в виде сладкого чили соуса, которым её поливали.
Однако уже третий раз сталкиваюсь с тем, что её просто не поливают этим самым соусом. И об этой проблеме ранее уже писали отзыв, когда подряд приехало 2 из 3 пицц без заявленного сладкого соуса чили.
Очень жаль, что сотрудники, стали так невнимательно относиться к своей работе и приготовлению блюд.

Раньше заказывала суши и пиццу только здесь. До того момента, пока не привезли суши, состящие из одного риса и невидимых других составляющих.. спустя долго время, решила снова попробовать.. но и в этот раз безуспешно! Кладут самые крайние сухие части, один рис, и ничем другим там даже не пахнет.. из плюсов-это курьеры, быстро максимально, но повара максимальный ужас! Отзыв у себя на сайте не разместили, значит отношение к клиентам соответствующее. Не рекомендую данное заведение!

Осторожно ,возможен обман! Повторю отзыв от 03. 07. 2023 раз размещать в вашем прилодении желания у вас нет. При заказе пиццы,использовала промокод на покупку в приложении. При введение протокода появилось уведомление, что промокод защита и к выдаче моя пицца+бонусная. В пункте выдачи сказали,что они не имеют таких данных про бонусную пиццу и предложили звонить в тех поддержку. И началось веселье-техподдерда не владеет ни данными о заказе, ни возможностью дать объяснение . Считаю это мошенничеством и введением в заблуждение клиентов. Вместо обещанных 2 пицца, была 1 и полностью испорченное настроение. Зачем обещать то, чего нет? На фото видно, что заказ по приложению первый.
