The food is delicious, everything is fine, but there is a nuance. I ordered Food rolls for the evening via Yandex. The restaurant accepted the order with delivery by 22:30, and then canceled it without warning! It would be possible to notify by phone. We are waiting for the order, and as a result we get a spoiled evening, because time no longer allows us to choose our food at will, and those remaining restaurants that are still open at this time will bring it very late.
Yandex referred to the fact that the restaurant staff did not have time to update the menu. Amazing incompetence, if that's what it is.

I ordered pizza through the app on 08/23/24 at 20:11. Judging by the history of operations at 20:52, the pizza

Somewhere at 00:00, I did not get through to the operator the first time, to my question "why do I have the status order completed but I have not received the pizza yet", they answered that they would now clarify the question about my order and call me back. But they never called back. At 00:20, the courier rang the doorbell. Because they paid online, the operator said that the next time they ordered the same pizza, it would be free. But considering the whole situation, the pizza arrived almost 4 hours later. God only knows where it was stored for 3 hours, the dough is dry, add. the sauce that was chosen was generally frozen and swollen in a sealed jar.which is not surprising, because the pizza was lying somewhere and heated for 3 hours, the pizza doesn't look very good anymore. Naturally, I'm not going to order even a free one, I didn't have enough to get poisoned. Draw your own conclusions...
