Very nice, clean hotel.
The location is a couple of minutes from the railway station.the train station, but away from the center.
The staff is very attentive and helpful. We arrived at night, checked in, the next morning, I complained that the room was too small, we were offered to move into a beautiful large room with a balcony, without any additional charges! Thank them very much for this.
The breakfasts are good, it's hard to stay hungry.
Nearby there is a cafe, pharmacy, supermarket within walking distance.
There is a swimming pool on site, but we came in the cold season, we could not swim.
I definitely recommend the hotel.
I liked everything. The hotel is modern. Clean. Well maintained. The room has everything you need. Breakfasts are a great choice. The staff is helpful and attentive. You can change the money for the reception.
The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the railway station. Near the market, a large number of shops, cafes. Cheaper than a taxi.
We will return to the hotel with pleasure.
A hotel where I was taken care of like at home. I stopped by for the night, so that I could move to the center in the morning. At breakfast, the receptionist behaved so nicely, danced, sang and looked after the guests that she changed her mind about moving out of this hotel and stayed for three more days. All tourists usually go for a walk during the day for the whole day, and come back only to spend the night, there is no point in living in the center, taxis are more than affordable, attractions are scattered throughout the city, and you can't guess the location of the hotel in the center. So for me, this hotel is the best option in the city, departure will be in the evening by train, you can leave your suitcase at the reception and in 2 minutes, in the evening, arriving from the excursion, you will walk to the station with it.
I went to take a picture of the jug at breakfast; the waitress came up, said it was a lamp, turned it on and offered to take a picture of me. The administrators sit in the lobby every evening, waiting for me to walk up, so that they can feel calm that everyone is at home.
The rich interior, beautiful renovation of shared bathrooms, and the street design resembles Turkey. The ceiling height in the room is 5 meters. Multi-layered curtains. I haven't heard a train once in all these days. Everywhere in the hotel is very clean, and the sun beds, and outdoor tables, and the pool sparkling in the sun. A pleasant aroma of oriental spices in the lobby, where the rooms are. The breakfasts are good and varied in terms of hot dishes, they are not repeated day after day. There is also a good coffee machine for breakfast. There is a bank nearby, where they can easily exchange currency. I lost the phone charging wire the other day, dropped it at the room when I was walking home, the next morning I asked at the reception - they give me a box of forgotten wires and say - choose. In general, I have never seen such service and hospitality anywhere else! I definitely recommend it and would love to stay again.
We stayed for two nights. Room in a building with a restaurant, 3rd floor. It's already broken in places, but everything we needed worked. The neighbors had problems with both water and sewerage. There is soap, gel, shampoo in the bathroom, of quite decent quality. Beds are like slippers, hard😖 Wi-Fi throughout the territory pulls well. The breakfasts did not cause delight, but you will not stay hungry, you can eat more than one, although some dishes are cold, obviously not by design, but simply cooled down and became tasteless. The location near the train station is convenient only if you need this station (we needed it). As it is, there is nothing interesting nearby, neither to see nor to eat...
The hotel is located opposite the railway station, it is very convenient, but you need to take a taxi to all the attractions.
The hotel is clean, the staff is polite and helpful, smells delicious at the reception.
There were not enough sun beds, only 7 for the entire pool area, and this is perhaps the only minus. The breakfasts are normal. If I were asked if I could recommend this hotel chain, I would answer yes rather than no. The hotel is good 👍
Very cool! Oriental charm allows you to be photographed at least near "every wall". Good breakfast, delicious coffee. The rooms are clean. The staff is cute!
We were passing through from Tashkent, rented for one night, as we had not booked anything in advance and decided to settle right near the train station. We liked the pool at the entrance and that's why we stayed here. A good breakfast, a varied buffet. Towels were given to the pool at the reception. In the evening there are tables near the pool, we sat and drank tea. The room itself is clean and cozy.
Of the minuses, personally, I would note the drain in the sink and in the shower. The water did not go away for a long time
And so everything is super, I recommend it 🫶🏻
Great guest!!! We really liked the location and decoration of the rooms, and the pool is beautiful, and the buffet is nothing special, but it's so delicious, everything is somehow done with a soul!! In the rooms, a warm heated towel rail is generally a rarity!!!! But soooo convenient, especially when with children!
The interior and exterior of the hotel are beautiful. The rooms are new, everything is clean. The price is affordable.
We flew from Tashkent to Samarkand for two days and stayed here, it's a pity that we didn't stay in this hotel in Tashkent, one owner has other hotels in Bukhara and Tashkent.
My daughter did not want to have breakfast - they put food with them, although this is not welcome, in a word - a very warm welcome.
I recommend it!!!
A beautiful hotel with several buildings and a swimming pool outside. The restaurant is located on the 4th floor, in one of the buildings (there is an elevator) Delicious breakfasts in a pleasant and beautiful atmosphere.
I liked the hotel, we took it for 1 night between trains. 3 minutes walk to the train station. It's a long way to the city center. There is a strawberry market nearby and a long-running "basket". The hotel itself is at the back of the courtyard, quiet inside. We tried out the pool, it's nice to swim, there are sun beds. The room is tiny, it is difficult to move freely in it-you will definitely touch something. But everything is clean and new. The breakfast is excellent, with porridge, cottage cheese, eggs, fruits, etc. It is served in the restaurant on the top floor of the main building. It starts at 7 a.m., but we were allowed to eat 10 minutes early because of the train.
Nice hotel, nice staff. I had the cheapest room, so it's small. Great, I must say that there is a patio with a swimming pool. It's very quiet in the evenings. Not a bad breakfast. A great hotel for your money.
A good place. Swimming pool, places to sit on the territory. Responsive staff, do everything for the convenience and comfort of guests. Breakfast buffet, delicious. Convenient location. Near the railway station, the market. It's a bit far to the center, but there is a tram for 200- sum. In general, I really liked it.
A new hotel, good quality rooms, no frills, but everything is clean, a new, good place near the train station, quiet, but far from the tour center, although taxis are inexpensive here. The breakfast is good, without frills, a basic set, and the number of products is slowly updated, everything constantly ends up on the distribution, then there are no scrambled eggs, then forks, then bowls. The pool is not heated, but at +40 it is rather a plus! The staff is helpful.
Not a bad hotel, near the train station. I found a room a little bigger than a double bed. There is no dental kit. The shower is combined with a toilet, and without any partitions, and when you bathe, water pours all around, on the toilet, sink, toilet paper, and there is also a 220 outlet nearby.
Great hotel! Very helpful staff, delicious breakfasts, nice pool, great location. In general, we really, really liked everything.
We advise everyone to stay here.
We have been here for 3 days and will be happy to come back again.
The hotel was visited in October 2023. A wonderful place to relax after a day of traveling around the city. Cozy and clean. Breakfasts are worthy of attention - oriental sweets give it a special flavor!
The hotel is next to the railway station. The rooms are clean. Mattresses with pillows are hard, but this is a feature of Uzbekistan, as it seemed to me. Responsive staff. Standard breakfasts, porridges, fried eggs, sausages. Rice, buckwheat. A couple of salads, fresh fruits and vegetables. Pancakes and fillers for them. There are many different nuts, dried fruits, sweet desserts. The pool is large enough, there is a Jacuzzi and a shallow one for children. It was cleaned and serviced when we were there. The rooms are cleaned, soap and shampoo are replenished. There are no dental and shaving supplies.
Great hotel! The pool came in handy! Convenient location at the train station, if there are no tickets and you need to catch them before departure)) Breakfast is a rich buffet. Come here!
Great hotel. The breakfasts are delicious with an Uzbek flavor. It takes 2 minutes from the train station. We arrived at night very conveniently. It takes 20-30 minutes by bus to the center, taking into account traffic jams
Near the railway station. A wonderful hotel with a large swimming pool. The beds are comfortable with warm mattresses. The buffet is varied. There is no smell in the rooms. Communication is polite and pleasant. I recommend.
Clean, new furniture, spacious rooms in the new building. Mattresses are very hard, those with a light weight and are used to it are normal. For people with weight, sleeping on such mattresses is torture, no additional bedding helps. The breakfasts are modest, but there is porridge and scrambled eggs. In one of the showers of the room fund, the heating battery is right in the shower itself, water is pouring directly onto it from the shower head. And the battery is working!
There are slippers in the room, but dental Lights are not allowed. Although in Tashkent and Bukhara, in the same level of hotel rooms, the dental kit is in the room.
Overall, a good hotel.
Advantage: it is located right next to the railway station, and there is a market nearby. For those who are passing through, the location is convenient.
I had a rest at the hotel in the first decade of September. Convenient location, 300 meters from the railway station. At the same time, there are no accompanying gels.the road of sounds. The outdoor restaurant is on the top floor.Excellent breakfasts. Beautiful swimming pool, polite and helpful staff. The hotel is new, there is another building in the finishing stage nearby. There is a big bazaar across the street. Our vacation began in Bukhara, also at the Ryan Hotel. I liked it and asked to book the same room in Samarkand. We received a discount under the loyalty program. Then we moved to Tashkent and also to the Ryan Hotel. The discount has reached 30%.I recommend it to all travelers.
The pricing policy is not entirely clear. A little overpriced. There is no minimum set of tourists for oral hygiene. The rooms are clean, the linen is fresh.
The training is not very good, there is only shampoo in the shower, there is no water, but there is tea and a kettle + the room is clean and cozy. The food is delicious, but only breakfasts, the cafe does not work, the pool is cool under repair, but THEY FOUND A NAIL, IT is NOT DANGEROUS BECAUSE IT is NOT SHARP BUT I was VERY SCARED in the morning the pool may not be cleaned
A good hotel. Everything is clean, there are breakfasts, in the evening on the third floor they cook according to the menu. There is a bar by the pool (did not work). The train station is nearby, but you can't hear the trains.
We came from a hotel of this chain in Tashkent, we liked everything there very much, so we came to this hotel. They gave us two rooms, very small, it was hard to breathe, the toilet did not work in the bathroom, there was no mother's net on the windows, in general, with grief in half, we were moved to another room, the room was spacious, nice, but there were small midges in the shower that spread all over the bathroom! The buffet is not delicious, there is very little choice. The only advantage of this hotel for those who come by fast train is the location, left the station and you are a three-minute walk to the hotel!
Menmonxona juda yaxshi. Menga eng yoqqan jihati terassadagi nonushta. Samarqand vokzaliga yaqinligi ham eng katta ustunliklaridan biri. Ertalab poyezdingiz bo’lsa taxi tutib tirbantlikda qolib yurmang.
RAYYONda qoling!!!
Excellent hotel near the train station, spacious rooms, friendly staff, cozy lounge area and courtyard. Swimming pool. Lawn. Breakfasts are quite acceptable
The hotel was chosen by chance, as we wanted to stay near the train station and this hotel was the first one that we came across. As a result, we were very satisfied. The hotel is new, the beds are comfortable, the linen is fresh, the breakfasts are hot, varied and delicious. There is a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi in the courtyard. They are not heated. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it
Very convenient location of the hotel, near the train station. If we consider simple rooms, then they are small. This is the only hotel, as for me, in which there is no dental kit, we had to go at night to look for nearby work shops to buy toothpaste and brushes. The Wi-Fi in the room worked poorly, only YouTube worked on TV, well, maybe we didn't figure it out until the end.
The breakfast was very hearty and delicious.
A recently opened hotel, so the service is "raw" but new Furniture , a swimming pool, ... do not count on a spa)we ordered a massage, waited a long time ... the sauna is paid, something about 2000 rubles per hour, if our)The breakfasts are so-so, but you won't starve, I think it's not worth your money ... by the way, by the location: near the market and a restaurant that deserves to go into it: "chocolate"
The room is cozy and comfortable.
But at night, people sat down at 4 in the morning in the yard and began to laugh and laugh ...
For those who like to sleep with closed windows and in stuffiness, it does not matter.
The rest is a good hotel!
The rooms are very different, the lighting in the room is disgusting, to be honest, the hotel was designed without the right specialists. In the room outside the window, bed linen is being dried.
We rented a sauna: in the morning they said one price, in the evening another, as a result, they pressed in the evening - they returned the previous one. I thought you only need to negotiate at the bazaar, not in a guest house.
We were settled in room 207, there is a table under the windows, at which the staff conducts conversations at night. A call to the reception asking to be quiet had no effect. If you want to relax and not listen to conversations and laughter all night long, I advise you to choose another hotel
Excellent hotel, near the train station. The only thing was that there was no disposable brush and toothpaste. Everything else is fine. The rooms are clean.

We lived in the period from April 7 to April 13, we liked everything, clean, cozy, polite staff ready to help with any question, I want to say about the mattresses separately, change them to softer ones! Otherwise, everything is great
Breakfast is too cheap, there is no toothbrush and shower sets in the toilet. Any little bit of service is paid. In Tashkent, the quality of the hotel from the same chain is much higher.
