Outside is a beautiful building, inside is an ordinary building, which is somewhat very similar to the buildings of the Soviet era. Over the past few years, the building has hosted circus tent tours, several concerts by aspiring stars. During the renovation of the main building of the local tax service, the House of Culture housed "tax specialists", as well as the social security service. They say that there is a library in the House of Culture, but I could not verify this in practice, since there was no need. I do not know what other cultural facilities there are in this building, since apart from the very name "House of Culture" there are no other identification marks anywhere. Presidential elections were also held in this House of Culture in 2018 (there was one of the polling stations).
Less than a couple of years have passed since the repair was done, it seems that most of the funds went into someone's pockets! The whole building around is shabby, the cladding is broken, there are cracks on the walls!
