In this institution, a routine medical examination turns into a very difficult quest. The commission is ONLY AN HOUR A DAY (from 13 to 14), but in order to get to it, you still need to sit in the queue for registration. And even if you arrive in a couple of hours (like me), you may simply not have time to do it. An appointment for a specific date DOES NOT GUARANTEE that you will be registered.
