Facilities needs to be improved such as hookah and also being creative in getting the club booming like every other day with different activities that will make people fascinated to come but it’s a place a peace and the securities as well as the management is very welcoming

DR was celebrated in the VIP room on November 22 by a company of 8 people, aged 35 to 40 years. The order was for 21:00, VIP room + karaoke. We arrived at 21:05 with all the food on the table (all attention: and hot too), which I consider extremely unacceptable when serving a banquet.
There were no drinks and glasses yet, the waiters fussily brought what had not yet been brought.
This is the first drawback. I would like administrators to take this into account in their work in the future. If it is a banquet at 21:00, drinks, snacks and cold dishes should be on the table. It is necessary to bring hot food in agreement with the client.
And it so happened that so far everyone has reached, and this is usually from 15 minutes to half an hour - all the dishes were already cold.
Secondly, the karaoke equipment (and it was ordered in advance) was exhibited and tuned in front of us-which is also not correct.
When coming to a VIP banquet, everything should be as ready as possible for the reception of guests.
Karaoke is good, there are no complaints, the repertoire is any, the sound quality for the VIP room is acceptable.
The VIP room itself is also quite interesting, but it was a little stuffy. There is not enough ventilation, but it is tolerable.
I liked all the dishes, I bow low to the cook: a lot, tasty and imaginative. In general, the kitchen is on solid 5, I was upset only by serving hot immediately.
The prices for the banquet are acceptable, but not very cheap (do not build illusions).
The dance floor is large, the visitors are mostly young people from 18 years old and up to a maximum of 24-25.
There are very few older people. The music also meets different preferences, which is nice.
The waiters are pleasant, the service of the banquet was at a decent level (except for its beginning), but the guys obviously tried their best.
Everything is decent in principle, I would have returned to VIP for the second time, I liked it.
Having a good company is good everywhere!

Good afternoon! If it were possible, I wouldn't put a star at all. I went to this institution several times, everything was fine, even yesterday everything would have been fine if it hadn't been for one thing, but when they didn't give me the jacket, they said that they came without it, the administrator Anastasia did not solve this problem and yelled obscenities at me. To which I asked for a complaint book, she replied to me that I was not single and would tear it up, as well as a young guard stood there with her and provoked my husband to ask what for??? As a result, this Anastasia did not solve the issue and told to call the police. I believe that this situation is not worth a hatched egg, it was possible to solve this situation simply peacefully, the person is not at his workplace.
Please take action!!!! I will write about the hookah man later, I even restrained myself there and did not inflate the conflict, although it was necessary. The service is at a low level.
