This is the best restaurant in Ferghana. On the last trip in September, we were not there, and on the last trip in May 2023, I visited as many as three times. Conveniently, right in the park. The kitchen is gorgeous, the staff is more than friendly. Before lunch, I left my bag and took a walk in the park. When the bags ran out, they called the exchanger, because the cards do not work. The food is not bad, the national cuisine. The menu is extensive, but many dishes are missing in fact.
I didn't like that the photo of the dish, the salad is one, but in fact something may be missing. For example, the assorted vegetables salad in the photo had carrots, in reality it was not. There was a man with us who couldn't eat fatty dishes, so they ordered him a vegetable salad. To our reasonable remark, the waiter said that it was just a photo, in fact it could be different. But when choosing dishes, we focus on the photos on the menu. We suggested going to show a photo of the salad to the cook and just add carrots (it takes 2 minutes). The issue has not been resolved. The waiter said he could call the manager. They did not continue to spoil their mood.
Tea is brewed in tea bags, with water or a boiler, problems, the sediment remains right in the kettle, it is very unpleasant.
It turns out that there is no normal quality control of dishes.

Not everything is on the menu. But the place is comfortable and cool. There are tapchans on the street. Inside, I can't say how the interior is, but it was clear that it was clean.
