Very slow and not user-friendly service. Tried to pick up my card, they said it’s not there, even though support told me the opposite when I called prior the visit.
It's very strange, it works until half past four. They said that they would open an account for the day, as a result, they refused the next day, although all the documents were there. Refused without explanation
