Great hotel. Kind, helpful staff. Rooms are cleaned every day.
We lived on the 5th floor, the pool is on the roof, very convenient. We were alone in the pool for almost the entire 10 days of rest.
The breakfasts are good, the buffet, you will not stay hungry, there is something to feed the children.
There's nowhere near the hotel to take a walk in the evening. The noise from the road does not bother much, by the evening the traffic subsides.
Beach:
They take you to Nai Harn Beach four times a day. The journey takes no more than 10 minutes.
Nearby Rawai Beach, people don't swim there because of fishing boats, and there were low tides.
Shops:
There are two 7-eleven shops to the left of the hotel.
I advise you to go to the far one, there is more choice.
Also nearby are lotus's, tops daily, pay attention to these stores.
There's a 24 Super Cheap store down the street.
with all the goods that are sold on 7/11, it is much cheaper, I advise you to buy only there!!!
Pharmacies:
There's a pharmacy nearby, and there's no choice. Go further down the street, I will attach a photo of the pharmacy, there you will find everything that the bloggers recommend. The choice is huge and the prices are also good.
I bought an ointment for 350 baht at the first sunburn pharmacy, and the same composition with a different name at the far one for 85 baht.

Great food, low prices, cozy place, clean. The staff is friendly. Thai, Russian cuisine, delicious pizzas, fruit smoothies.
I advise you to eat only there, do not get poisoned. Tested on myself.
Advice for those burned in the sun, tested on yourself, buy these ointments at a pharmacy (green 350 baht, small the same for only 85 baht at a distant pharmacy, they will return your skin to its normal state from the state of fried shrimp.

A wonderful hotel for its category, very cozy. I had a spacious room with a double bed, a hard mattress, getting up in the morning is easy and pleasant); view from the balcony to the hills, the port and the Big Buddha. They clean every day, and the bed linen was changed on the 7th day of the stay. The plumbing was in good condition, and there were no insects in the room. Excellent breakfasts for unpretentious tourists: rice with vegetables, sausages, cereals, etc., 3 types of fruits (including dragon fruit). There is a swimming pool on the top floor, go up to the roof (it is fenced and allowed for inspection) - and you will have a stunning view of the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. The hotel is intimate, not noisy.
At the reception, wonderful girls with the surnames Kankaew and Naranya (unfortunately, I didn't remember the names) will tell you where to eat, which market to go to, and which salon will provide an inexpensive and high-quality massage (verified: everything matches the description). The staff is very friendly, they smile at you sincerely and are eager to help. They speak English, some employees only use a translator, this did not create any problems. Wi-fi is free throughout the hotel, it catches perfectly, the video could be sent and watched. 2 glass bottles of 0.5 liters of water are changed per day, do not throw these bottles away (!!!) and don't waste it. There is a mini-bar in the room, drinks are paid in it, I used it as a refrigerator. The safe is serviceable. There is a free shuttle service to and from Nai Harn Beach 3 times a day. The location is not ideal, but it is quite good for Thailand: 5 km to the beach, 10 minutes by bike and 30 baht (~90 rubles)-and you are there. There is an inexpensive Mexican restaurant next to the hotel, which will delight with quality, assortment and prices. There are Lotus's go fresh and 7/11 shops within a 5-minute walk, and you can buy a local SIM card at the latter. I got to other beaches in about 20-25 minutes by bike (Kata, Ao Yo). I'd love to come back here again.

I liked the hotel, it was clean, the food was like everywhere else, food can get boring in a month, then we turn on Thai cuisine and fruits, unfortunately the pool bar is not working, polite and understanding staff, ordering lunch or dinner in the room helps a lot when you are too lazy to wander in the heat, opposite the skate park hotel you can easily free yourself from the child for at least 3.5 an hour.
