I was in very bad health because I am ill. High fever, swelling of the throat and so on. I politely asked the pharmacist to give me Azithromycin, to which I received the standard answer: child or adult. I took out the prescription and showed it, the doctor indicated 250mg of 2 tablets in the prescription, I clarified with the pharmacist, I can get 1 500 instead of 2 250, to which I received a positive response.
He said, then give me 1 pack of 500mg.
She brought me 500 mg and wanted to mistakenly sell 250 mg as well, to which I said: then 250 is not needed.
After that, she began to communicate in raised tones: then why are you showing me 250 in the prescription, I began to explain what I showed in order to find out what dosage is better to take. Here she allowed herself to raise her voice even more and even shout in my direction.
I made a remark to her: I'm talking to you politely, why do you allow yourself to yell.
To which I received another barrage of boorish shouting in my direction, and then I could not restrain myself and switched to a raised tone myself, paid for the purchases and left, simultaneously exchanging "pleasantries " with your employee. I'm used to not being silent about rudeness, but putting it in its place.
I understand everything, there are different situations, but if a specialist sees a sick person, then you can treat them with understanding. If a harmless old lady turns out to be in my place, who, due to age, is slow to make decisions, what will your employee do then?
Such a person should not work with people:
Intemperance, lack of communication culture, rudeness.
With such employees, your network will completely lose all customers.
