I don't even know what grade to put, very contrasting impressions. Let's start with a good one - the spa complex and the restaurant are simply excellent. The spa is small, but very good. The hammam and shower of impressions were with aromatherapy oils, a swimming pool with convenient descents, geysers and waterfalls. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and a lot.
And now about the bad stuff. We booked a junior suite. We arrive at the place, we are told that the standard room has been recorded for us and the junior suites are already occupied. I have saved the correspondence, it says in black and white about the junior suite and the standard never appears. We were not offered any alternative other than the standard, and there was no apology. When we checked into the standard, we were a little bit in cultural shock (we counted on the junior suite and looked at the photos before checking in only the junior suite). The parquet is worn off, there are only 2 shower gels and 2 soaps in the bathroom, there are no towels, this is for an additional fee. This is seriously the first time I've seen a hotel where towels are not included in the room rate and are purchased separately. My advice is to include at least towels in the room rate and don't embarrass yourself. As far as I understand, the hotel is undergoing room repairs (which should have been done long ago), but I want to tell the hotel administration that a good repair cannot fix a bad service.

Unfortunately, the SPA has become worse.We shortened the sessions (well, at least this is understandable), removed the clock inside the pool (how to control the session time?), chlorine is very strongly felt in the small pool with a Jacuzzi (even our eyes hurt), the temperature in the sauna was raised to 110 degrees?!Bike rental has been removed.On weekends, they sell SPA&BBQ, but the food in the restaurant is at most three...

We were here on May 5-7. It's very cold! The furniture is stripped, the beds are broken, the water has been running rusty for a long time. I don't understand, there's no central heating here, why can't you turn on the heat, at least for a minimum?

The complex is new after reconstruction. An interesting cozy bar, an excellent Spa complex and swimming pool, hammam baths, an excellent modern gym, comfortable cottages and a good (and not expensive!) Hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights in March, the place is very quiet, surrounded by forests and the Minsk sea, there is a place to walk, ride a bike. It is convenient to get there both by car and by train. The staff is very polite and friendly, they readily solved all our problems. I really liked the pool and spa complex, which recently opened. Everything is equipped to the highest level, very clean. The restaurant is very nice, orders have to wait a little longer than usual, because there is only one cook, but you can order in advance for a certain time or order in the room. The food is delicious and fresh, the prices are adequate. The room was clean and ordinary.

I visited the SPA area. I am very happy: I swam, and warmed up in the bath, and the shower left a lot of impressions))) I recommend relaxation for the body, not far from Minsk. The price is affordable for everyone. The staff is wonderful.

There have been several times in different years, the last time was the worst. A lot of things have changed and worsened. This time we got a room worse than before and more expensive. In 10 years, nothing has changed in the arrangement of rooms. The same furniture and repairs. They didn't clean up even if they asked. I had to change the towels myself at the reception and even then, only one thing. They explained the lack of free clean towels. How is it? Do you have one set for two for a week???? Everything is audible in the room, there is no sound insulation. There is a gap under the front door, the hand calmly slipped through. What kind of peace and sleep is there when the staggering and shouting of people, sober or tipsy, begin in the corridor, it absolutely does not matter. Previously, breakfast was included in the room rate, now it is not. However, as well as that recreation area and breakfast reception. There was a restructuring, a new Spa center was added to the old building. You can go to the new building for breakfast, but breakfast will cost you like dinner at a restaurant for two in Minsk. And the new building, as it turned out, has nothing to do with the old one. These are two different objects and a host. Either that's how the information was presented to us. We used to stay in Ratomka more than once. Now there is no desire. Only if it's already completely out of options.
