One of the most beautiful places in Georgia, a magnificent view of the mountain and the church itself. A combination of history and aesthetics. Come here every time, everything is within walking distance, excellent staff.
The location is great! In the old town, close to the fortress and many other attractions. Its own closed Parking, which, of course, is very important in the center of Tbilisi. A beautiful building in a beautiful courtyard (on the same territory as the Armenian church). The interior of the hotel is comfortable, bright, and modern. Stylish interiors. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness is impeccable. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty. They take place on the terrace with a pleasant view of the courtyard. Most of the employees are working fine.
An unpleasant situation when checking in. We drove up by car — the gates are closed. While the car was parked on the street, I ran to the reception, but there was no one there. Just after 5 minutes, an employee came up (very polite and helpful). And when I ran back to the car, I only heard him say "open" from the terrace (I didn't hear anything else from afar) and took it as a guide to action. A girl entering the territory (I don't know who exactly she is in the hotel) told me very sharply and rudely that I was breaking down the door for them: "it's like it's not clear that she's sensory, and because of people like me, she breaks down." It was unpleasant, because I was already stressed out before, waiting for the reception staff while the car was parked in the wrong place.
Overall, it's good. The breakfasts are modest, the solution with translucent doors is bold, but if alone or with a loved one, it's fine. The location is great!there is parking, but there are few places
A clean, cozy hotel with a good location. The bathroom is in good condition. There is no dampness, mold. All the sights can be easily reached on foot. The hotel is located on the territory of the Armenian church. There are a lot of people in the daytime. But I only spent the night at the hotel, so it didn't bother me. The breakfasts are monotonous by order. If it's more than three days, I don't think you should take it. A small minus is the glass doors in the bathroom and toilet, but I lived alone, so it did not cause discomfort.
It's quite difficult to find a place. Entrance from the temple grounds.
Upon arrival, they were given the wrong room that they had booked. The next day there was a move.
The first room was dirty, the lamps at the entrance did not work. The WI-FI was not working. The owners did not pay🤦♂️. I constantly had to run and express myself to the Hindu staff! Who certainly didn't do anything. I don'T RECOMMEND IT even for this price.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, the view from the balcony is gorgeous.Minuses:There was a constant buzz in the room. They asked me to turn off what prevents me from sleeping, but that's how it remains.Breakfast for an amateur.Fried 2 eggs , a couple of slices of sausage and some vegetables. And so every day)) If I don't eat eggs, alas- go hungry) My family ate elsewhere! As a result, we relocated. It's strange why not fix these points. The place is wonderful!!!
There are minor drawbacks, but overall it is good.

Excellent mini-hotel in the Old Center of Tbilisi.Pleasant and helpful staff there is an old Armenian church in the courtyard of the hotel. There are many restaurants and bars around. The prices are reasonable. In a word, I recommend it.With the knowledge of Russian, too, there are no problems, everyone speaks fluently.
