One of the most beautiful places in Georgia, a magnificent view of the mountain and the church itself. A combination of history and aesthetics. Come here every time, everything is within walking distance, excellent staff.
The location is great! In the old town, close to the fortress and many other attractions. Its own closed Parking, which, of course, is very important in the center of Tbilisi. A beautiful building in a beautiful courtyard (on the same territory as the Armenian church). The interior of the hotel is comfortable, bright, and modern. Stylish interiors. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness is impeccable. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty. They take place on the terrace with a pleasant view of the courtyard. Most of the employees are working fine.
An unpleasant situation when checking in. We drove up by car — the gates are closed. While the car was parked on the street, I ran to the reception, but there was no one there. Just after 5 minutes, an employee came up (very polite and helpful). And when I ran back to the car, I only heard him say "open" from the terrace (I didn't hear anything else from afar) and took it as a guide to action. A girl entering the territory (I don't know who exactly she is in the hotel) told me very sharply and rudely that I was breaking down the door for them: "it's like it's not clear that she's sensory, and because of people like me, she breaks down." It was unpleasant, because I was already stressed out before, waiting for the reception staff while the car was parked in the wrong place.
