A cool hotel with an interesting design! The small rooms have high ceilings, due to this feeling of spaciousness. A comfortable large bed, which turned out to be a rarity in many hotels in the search process, an excellent mattress. It was clean, the plumbing was working, everything was fine. Delicious breakfast, there is a small variety of food, but it is delicious, everything is fresh! It was interesting to live in such an interior!
Now the minus is the location!! The hotel is located on a very busy, noisy street (with the windows closed, the noise is not audible), opposite the electronics market. Because of this, traffic jams are constantly happening. Accordingly, you wait for a taxi, go a little longer))
We didn't really like walking in this area because of the lack of normal paths)). But these are all subjective disadvantages. An inexpensive taxi solves these problems.
Nice hotel and very helpful staff!!
Pros: The room is clean, well cleaned, good bathroom, convenient location from the exhibition center
Cons: the breakfasts are monotonous and not a fountain. And most importantly, there is no sound insulation with the street - either the windows are incorrectly installed, or the rubber bands are dry, the sound of the road as if it passes by your number. Do not take rooms that face the road
Rasoda Tashkent
The worst hotel in my whole life!
Change your attitude to your business!
1. Only the cleaners and the security guard are polite. The reception staff won't even greet you.
2. I booked through their official website and paid there. Each administrator on a new shift demanded that I show a payment receipt in an email, maybe they hoped that I would delete it after the first show and would not be able to prove that I paid for the accommodation.
3. Design: there is nothing but expensive exclusive repairs. The photos for the advertisement were processed with light filters, the repair was not impressed in any way. Empty shelves in the room, designed for decoration, which is not there. Everything is expensive, rich and stupidly unfinished. Although the hotel is 1.5 years old. When booking, I was led to a beautiful design without reading the reviews.
4. Beggarly laid out 1 toothbrush and 1 shower gel for me. I lived for more than 1 night. The room was a double room. The liquid soap dispenser by the sink was empty.
5. Breakfast is a separate bad topic. It was thrown like pigs, I don't know where such small olives were found. The cheese is covered in a white coating, perhaps they are buying up overdue somewhere on the cheap. I didn't eat because of the disgusting-looking food, so I know that on the very first day I was poisoned by coffee from their coffee machine at breakfast, I often heard the expression grain is sour or milk, but for the first time in my life I learned what it is exactly there. I recovered by lunch, but I lost half the day. That's probably why a man is sitting at the breakfast counter and making coffee for a fee on another coffee machine. Porridge is a milk slurry with 5 rice pieces per plate. The fruits are darkened and also sliced at random. Grapes with mold or rot. Mashed potatoes with lumps of potatoes, so not from powder, but re-whipped in a blender so that there is only starch left to taste, it is impossible to eat.
6. Television: there is a TV, there are bullets, but where there should be a cable with television, it simply does not exist. Wi-Fi does not ship, because of the location of the room in the basement, the lte connection was also not particularly caught.
The hotel was chosen according to its location, as close as possible to the exhibition center, but the hotel itself turned out to be wonderful!
It is decorated in oriental style, equipped with the most modern appliances, central air conditioning. Everything is new, everything works.
The breakfast buffet is quite decent, the idea is not boring.
But the most important advantage of this hotel is the staff!
Polite, helpful, try to do everything to make you feel at home!
Special thanks to Atabek, who literally saved me by promptly bringing the tablet I had forgotten in my room to the airport!
Great hotel. The location is right in the city center.
The hotel itself is in good condition. The rooms are fresh, the renovation is neat. Everything is clean and decent. Good plumbing, climate in the room.
Breakfast is a buffet. The assortment is good: there are porridges, cottage cheese, scrambled eggs, omelets and other dishes. Fruits, desserts, drinks.
Everything is delicious and fresh.
There is Wi-Fi, an ironing board, a cafe inside the hotel.
In general, a great option for your money
A luxury hotel in the center of Tashkent. Polite staff, huge rooms, buffet, cleanliness and amazing interior. It is convenient to walk from the hotel to the main attractions of Tashkent, there are restaurants and shopping centers nearby (and an alcohol market!!!). And the restaurant in the hotel itself is very decent, the only thing is that there are few Uzbek dishes.
of the advantages: The restaurant at the hotel is excellent, the breakfasts are just 5+. We didn't want to eat until dinner. Cleaning is daily, the linen is excellent, the mattress is anatomical and very comfortable, the staff is very friendly. Of the cons: something is buzzing strongly at night, we were in room 104, there is not a single shelf in the shower where to put gel and shampoo - it is not clear. The air conditioning system is unified and it is not easy to set up so that there is no blow on the bed. Noise insulation on the 3rd floor, if there are children downstairs in the restaurant, then they can be heard as if they are next to the room, although there is a room for them outside the door, but guests with children, especially those who do not live in the hotel, apparently do not know about this and make a lot of noise.
A wonderful hotel in the style of the famous "Harry Potter"! The location of the rooms resembles a "closet under the stairs", which cannot but plunge into the romance of this work.
Wonderful staff, all very responsive, polite and friendly!
Incredibly tasty food and a lot))) every time I tried to reduce the portion)))
The location of the hotel is just as great. There is a magnificent mosque nearby.
I walk a lot, so it seems to me that everything is nearby. If you like to drive more, then on average 100 rubles a taxi in any direction, if you call through Ya.Taxi.
I will miss, first of all, the breakfasts, as well as the amazing service of the team of this hospitable Hogwarts.
The unique combination of unobtrusive service with the comfort of "like at home" leaves no options for choosing a hotel for any subsequent visits to Tashkent - only in Rasoda.
It is conveniently located, all the city infrastructure is around, and if necessary, everything is available in the hotel.
I would like to visit Tashkent in the warm season just to enjoy the terrace of this place.
We stayed at this hotel during the exhibition period. The hotel is very close to the exhibition, and you do not need to take a taxi or other transport to work there. The room did not have a window facing outside (there was a small window facing inside the hotel lobby), due to this, it was quiet at night and we got a good night's sleep, it was clean, the room was cleaned every day. We had 2 single beds, they are comfortable and with clean linen. The breakfasts are good, with a variety of food, plus they cooked us an additional amlet with cheese (a large portion) There is a restaurant in the hotel, it is not cheap, but it must be borne in mind that they have large portions.
Honestly, I have conflicting feelings about this hotel. It is clear that they invested, worked with design and architecture. But, the hotel is located near the road, it is always noisy if with Windows facing the street. I took a room without windows, the lights were turned off periodically and there was no way without an air conditioner and extractor hood.
The breakfasts were monotonous, for an amateur.
The management included water and toilet paper in the bill for accommodation, which caused me a big question!!!
The price / quality is definitely too high, I looked at other hotels and moved out of the hotel ahead of schedule.
I do not recommend it.
The room was clean, there were no comments.
We came to Tashkent for a few days to relax. We stayed at this hotel because of the interior. We have never regretted it. The cleaning is at the highest level. The hotel is quiet and pleasant. The breakfasts are decent. Now only here!
The reason for staying is a business trip.
The period of stay is one day. Perhaps such a short period of time does not allow you to fully know the hotel, the specifics of providing additional services. A certain opinion has been formed:
+ a varied buffet breakfast (a selection of dishes from sweet to hearty for any preference - from national to European)
+ responsive and friendly staff, especially the staff at the reception
+ the room has everything you need, according to the star rating
+ the room size is good
- short-term residence period
Clean, new rooms! The staff is very friendly. Convenient location, lived for two days, everything is super. The only breakfasts were the same (but very tasty), it would not be bad to offer 2-3 complex breakfasts to guests. In general, I am delighted!!!
I saw it on Instagram and I really liked it. But when I went there, the receptionist was very rude. It was very cold in the room, the air conditioner was not working. The room is not clean and the receptionist did not help us. He said he wouldn't be in charge of the room. I'm not going there anymore.
A very interesting and atmospheric restaurant. We did a very good job on the design of the restaurant and the hotel. Excellent service and delicious food 👍😊
The staff is indifferent, the rooms are not organized enough, for example, you will wash hands, but there is no soap. The room was cold, the only good thing was breakfast
