Everything is fine, the electronic queue, the windows, as in a bank, were registered quickly and without problems. I remember this place about 10 years ago - heaven and earth.

The entrance door and steps for pensioners / parents with strollers / disabled people are absolutely not adapted!!! Places in the common room for clients "for 5 people"!!! 3 places to fill out documents (and one of them standing!!!).
A good settlement center. I came and knocked out a ticket. I stood there for 5 minutes. I took a form for passport registration in advance. I filled it up at home. I came and gave it back, another 5-7 minutes and everything is ready.
Out of a bunch of windows, only two are working, and then slowly. Before that, I stopped by the RCC at the builders there, the certificate was made in two minutes, although there were also 3 windows, but at least they try to be faster.
Very attentive staff at the passport office! Quite a convenient work schedule!
