The staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff (passport officers) showed a high level of willingness to help and clarify any questions. They also work from 8:00-20:00, they urgently need a vacation in Italy and a salary increase!!!

I called and wanted to ask what documents are needed to get a certificate from you. A certain Zoya Mikhailovna ( she did not want to give her name ) with aggression and at elevated tans , she began to present information . This is her job and she gets paid for it!!!!!!! I wanted to clarify if I understood her that way. This employee shows aggression in her voice and intonation , showed her displeasure in every possible way when she was asked an additional question .
Based on the above, I ask you to take appropriate measures upon my request and have an explanatory conversation with this employee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In the RSC itself, they served us very politely and helped us with all questions.
