The staff is arrogant, the service - I had to wait 15 minutes to be served, despite the fact that I stood in line, but when I went to the window in turn, they told me to wait and started discussing their problems. There is no toilet for visitors, and there you can wait a long time for service.
They're not doing their job! They came to register a newborn baby. They wrote all the applications, handed over the documents, and told me to come two days after 18. As a result, no one has done anything, there is no database. A banal waste of time and nerves.
The specialists are competent, they know their job. The room would be neater and landmarks for the entrance. It was the first time I barely found the entrance.
Very attentive and patient staff. They are polite and correct in communication. The room itself requires aesthetic renovation and adaptation to modern requirements of the conditions for the provision of services. I haven't seen the electronic queue. There are two passport officers.
This clearing house is just a mini-mini...
you definitely need a table with seating to fill out applications.
And then it's impossible to stand at the passport officer for an hour, in a coat, with bags in your hands, writing and rewriting these statements, it's impossible to concentrate, because there are dialogues from all the windows, and you have to stand in line twice more... Everyone is outraged by such filling, but no one cares about it...
And anyway, when will the passport office simplify the registration for people?
Fill out the card yourself, Russian mixed with Belarusian, in block letters, and without mistakes, standing up...

The work of the center is very slow, the girls constantly communicate with each other, distracting each other and slowing down the work. One window is working, the second one is not opened at the request to speed up.
Convenient location, near the metro and public transport stop. Order and cleanliness in the room. Sometimes there is a queue. There is a parking lot.

It's hot and stuffy in winter and summer. There are no places to sit properly, and there are always queues, especially to the passport officer. The room is just a shame, although regarding the transport connection it is quite ok. There is a great lack of air conditioning
