All the passport specialists of the center work perfectly. For a small amount, they fill out all the necessary papers. Everything is quickly and clearly organized! Thank you all
Polite employees, the queues are small, everything is accessible and understandable - there are chairs and tables nearby where you can fill out any questionnaire according to the sample.
The staff is polite, they will always explain what and how. There is a queue sometimes, but a professional quickly eliminates them. Passport officers are generally wonderful women, thanks to them for the work that they devote so much time to visitors.
The office is conveniently located (opposite the central market)
The specialists are good, polite, friendly
I stood in line for a long time, only one cubicle worked (although there are 4 or 5 of them), perhaps the workers were on sick leave, perhaps each cubicle has its own work schedule...I didn't specify
The only wish is to PUT an INFORMATION KIOSK or some kind of device so that you can pay the state duty or other payments necessary for issuing certificates on the spot. Not everyone can make a payment by phone, as suggested by some kind of application. I had to go to the parity bank (the nearest one that was nearby)
Against the background of other state institutions, the RSC functions extremely adequately. I applied several times, the wait never lasted even forty minutes. The staff's answers are clear and comprehensive, clarifying questions are clearly formulated and asked to the point. I was satisfied.
After marrying a foreigner, she changed her last name to her husband's complicated last name. Later, the imperfect child also had his last name changed and his passport redone. I paid an employee of the center to fill out the form, provided her with all the documents, my husband was standing next to me and we communicated in French with him. The lady, seeing a foreign surname, did not ask how it should be written in Latin. Despite the fact that my passport with the correct transcription was on her desk. As a result, when I received the child's passport, 5 out of 9 letters did not match my and my husband's transcription. When I asked to redo my passport, because it is valid only in Belarus, I was told that I had to write an application for the desired transcription. And how could I know about such a statement if the employee did not bother to tell me about it. Although I saw that the surname is absolutely not Belarusian. Now I need to redo my passport and pay again, because the employee said it was my fault, I should have filled it out myself, then I would have noticed the transcription column in the upper right corner. But I paid for the filling, and the employee is responsible for her work. A vicious circle. It's a shame that there wasn't a single person except us, no one distracted her. Total negligence. By the way, she took the money in cash for filling out, although she had to go through the bank.
The staff is as dissatisfied with the work as possible. An employee of the center screamed at the whole room that they were not given paper, that she bought it herself and that she would not print any certificates without paper bought by the visitors themselves, I think this is a bit unprofessional behavior, please buy paper for employees! How to work if the necessary working conditions are not provided?
This organization does not know how they work and for whom, but for the answer to my question I was sent to no one knows where, and even on an unacceptable day, boorish specialists do not know anything.

As in any similar organization, long queues, clumsy staff, a clear answer needs to be sought for a long time. If you're lucky, they can help, but it's rare. The new option "pay and we will arrange everything ourselves" pleases.
We have been contacted many times, they will always explain politely and in an accessible way how to fill out the forms. Only a positive impression of the service
Well done! It was necessary to urgently change the passport, I managed everything, the passport officer Svetlana Yuryevna helped a lot, polite, responsive. Thanks
