Probably one of the best RCTs. I'm not particularly a fan of going to such places because all these queues kill for half a day to banally conclude a lease agreement, BUT everything is different here. Even at the busiest hours (this is in the morning and in the evenings), there are one or two people. Specialists serve quickly enough, and most importantly, it is clear where what is where and why. The contracts are registered quickly enough (literally the next day it was already possible to come and pick them up), but perhaps it somehow depends on the workload and the number of applications submitted. There are places to sit down and fill out any documents, but not that much, although it is not needed there by and large. The only thing that can be called a "scourge" of probably all such organizations is waste paper. Filling out and receiving all these tons of applications and contracts is still fun. It would seem that the 21st century, the age of technology, and we are still running around with these pieces of paper, well, guys, we need to get out of this antediluvian state and somehow improve the application process and get rid of all this waste paper..
