The attitude to the work of different employees is as different as it can be. One employee has everything fast and clear, and the other is waiting for lunch time. One on the move asks for a quick and prompt correction, to finish, and the other sends to finish a couple of words, at this time takes the next 40 minutes, and when the queue has gathered, informs that she has lunch. In short, everything is individual, different employees work in different ways, they answer the phone in different tones. This is my personal opinion about the work of this RSC, based on the experience of communicating with calculation specialists, namely, there was no order, and there is no order...I was a co-owner of the house at 16 1st Basisnaya Street, in October 2021 my mother died, in April I inherited, in June I wrote a written application for transferring the money I overpaid for housing and communal services (3 rubles 07 kopecks) to a personal account at my registration address (Founders, 7 - 155). All documents (mother's death certificate, certificate of inheritance, document on the seizure of real estate by a real estate developer dated March 2022, house for demolition) were submitted in June 2022. The head of the RSC promised to deal with my question and the possibility of transferring the above amount to my personal account, but almost 2 months have passed, and I have not received any results either in writing or verbally, after which I was forced to write a complaint to the institution's offer book on July 28. Moreover, when requesting any kind of certificate (an extract from a personal account on 1st Basisnaya Street), calculation specialists constantly have confusion about registered people, they have to urgently correct them, pointing out the inaccuracy of their database data. It's not about 3 rubles and 7 kopecks, but about closing my personal account, because I am no longer a co-owner of real estate, and the money has not been transferred to my personal account at my registration address. There is no limit to indignation!!!
