Until when will the rights of residents to receive monthly notices for payment be violated?payments. is this your privilege -we want to bring a notification this month, but we don't want to do this. And this is repeated from year to year. Is it really necessary to contact a higher organization on such a matter so that you are reminded of your responsibilities?
I would also like to draw your attention to the distortion of the presented indicators, for unknown reasons, the indicators of cold water consumption increase by 0.3 - 0.5 m3.
Take measures to prevent violations in the future
I've seen a lot of negative reviews about this center. But personally, having been there many times and on various issues, I met only a good attitude from specialists. Of course, the big disadvantage is frequent queues and long waiting times, something needs to be done about this at the global level.
It was at the end of October, everything is at the proper level! Clean, competent specialists, everything is conveniently located. Good luck, peace and prosperity to all in the New Year!
A very rude woman accepts a passport for replacement. I highly recommend that you write a transliteration!(even if you are told not to), when filling out the form, because your first and last name can be translated at random
A strange office, I was at a reception with the boss, even she could not explain the overpayment for water. Everyone is looking at the computer, but they can't explain. It seems that the RSC, AIS housing and communal services, Vodokanal are completely unfamiliar offices. A big plus, fats began to be sent by E-mail, before that I had not seen them at all for two years, they said that they only count, and who delivers ......????
I was recently in the passport department, experts in their field will listen carefully and tell you everything step by step, and if necessary, they will "chew" (for those who are in the tank)

Probably like in all payment centers there are long queues.
Girls are responsive, calm, balanced. Although even I didn't have enough patience for some of the tenants.
Some kind of penalty is constantly coming. I did not manage to get any intelligible answer from the staff, Although there is no debt on utility bills

I've been to other RSCs, the level of the early 2000s is here, there is no electronic queue, everything is alive, there are enough specialists, i.e. the queues are small, but the fact itself... There are no conduits either, if it's hot outside, it's stuffy. There is a toilet for visitors. It is better to park in the courtyard behind the RSC.
The disadvantage is that there is no electronic queue and therefore it is not clear who is behind whom at all, a lot of time is wasted on disassembling who is behind whom
I contacted the passport department, everything was fast and clear enough. The staff explained everything, helped - overall, the impression is good). I recommend you to visit.
I needed an extract from my personal account. Maybe I was just lucky - there was no queue, a competent and friendly specialist quickly arranged everything. There was no problem with parking either.
The attitude is normal, but it would not hurt to have an electronic queue so that there would be no disputes about who is behind whom and make the temperature warmer, it's cool there, maybe that's why operators or cashiers are sick and only one of the 4 or 5 cashiers works there
If you need to change your passport, it's a disaster. They do everything sooo slowly, besides they talk on the phone while serving. There are no regulated breaks, they leave the workplace whenever they want. Specialists are gloomy, gloomy, dissatisfied with life.
I applied to this place for registration. Window N1, the employee, when asked to say which regulatory document stipulates the need to provide documents for an apartment for registration, says you will bring and show what I tell you, and 5 times if I tell you. This is all you need to know about the education level of the passport officer of window N1. Watchman's syndrome. The passport officer of window N2 turned out to be a nice woman, but she couldn't explain anything about the issue either. Well, she showed me the documents for the apartment, it's not difficult for me. Only the employees themselves do not know their regulatory framework, they work on the principle of "I said so." A miserable place
We express our gratitude to the senior passport officer Inna Eduardovna Kozlova. She treated our problem informally, suggested all possible solutions to it. She explained very kindly what needs to be done and how. I helped to arrange all the applications and cards. Calmly, without nerves, although I was nervous and angry because of the obstacles that arose, because of our own fault. So, many thanks to this excellent specialist and to the entire RSC No. 1 of the Central district.

I came to replace my passport. I calmly changed it, the employee turned out to be adequate
Disgusting service, they came with children in their arms about registration on July 09. No one could serve because the employee leaves for lunch and you have to wait half an hour.
I would like to express my gratitude to Inna Eduardovna Kozlova, passport officer. This is not an ordinary case. The child was born in Riga. She explained everything in great detail and expertly, although, I am a grandmother, I came for advice. Thank you for your professionalism and sensitivity!
I was dealing with the problem of utility bills. Of course, my question was not resolved to the end, but the documents were processed quite quickly. There are no queues, experts explain and help you figure it out.

It's a hell of an unpleasant place. Only one window works forever, so be prepared to queue for at least 1 hour. There is no electronic queue.
The workers are annoyed and do something with the speed of a sloth from Zveropolis.
I would call this the most unpleasant place on earth, but I have yet to visit a similar institution in another area, so I will save this nomination.
I would like to express my gratitude to the employee of the RSC Victoria Shmarlovskaya-Misnik. For the attention, competent assistance and human attitude to clients.
It is very pleasant to deal with a specialist who knows how to be sensitive, appreciate his work and respect other people's time.
Thank you for your clarity and coherence. And just for your kindness :)
One brazen lady from this center throws her rotten black Merc where it falls in the nearest yards, soon the locals will smear her door handles with faeces, and so the center was not normal, but I dream
The most "warm" and kind employees in the universe.
I was preparing for the war, but I came to visit my friends)).
It really feels like I came to visit my relatives in Georgia.
They prompted everything, told everything, did everything, and all this with a smile and kind words.
And the "passport masters" are absolutely sweet)
Thank you very much!!!
It was the afternoon of 09/23/2020, there were very few people, first one window worked, then two more connected.
There is no electronic queue, everything is going live.
Overall, I was satisfied with the service. The questions were answered normally, helped to sort out some points.

The service at the passport office is terribly slow. Terribly slow. The ladies are already elderly, they are in no hurry at all, and in general they don't care about anything.
I've been dialing the numbers indicated in the payment notifications all day - I can't get through, the same numbers (#3957936 and #3759658) were given in the "115" service. Disgusting.
It's the worst place I've ever met in my life!!! Illiterate workers, boorish. The boss is on her own mind. No kindness, no politeness, no literacy! I don't know if my review will be read, but I would really like the whole city to know about this TERRIBLE place!
