For the European capital of the 21st century, the building looks frankly collective farm inside and out. The administration would do well to make repairs. But very good staff, friendly, they will explain everything that is necessary, if necessary, they can also dictate.
Undoubtedly, the attitude towards the client has become with a human face, which is good news. Everything was explained, shown and told, I was pleasantly surprised, but the open and non-accepting window reminded me of old times ;)
It's rude to report a break. The waiting time, as elsewhere in the RSC, has never been fast. Well, talking to people could be a little more friendly. Still, they do not communicate with technology From 3 windows, one works
1. According to the supervision of the work of passport officers: they indicate the time of readiness of documents from 16.00 and as a result, the flow of people increases at this time. If possible, it is better to plan a visit in the morning.
2. It is possible to pay for services through the ERIP without leaving the window.
3. Be patient.

There is a lot of bureaucracy, which affects queues. I filled out one copy of the document, and for the remaining 2 pcs. pay for a photocopy. The slightest mistake and run to rewrite again. In the neighboring Frunzensky district, they give forms for free and immediately correct them on the spot without repeated correspondence, so as not to create queues and it was convenient for the population...two districts of Minsk are like two different states
Of the 3 windows, 2 are closed for a technical break, and this is at 17.45, when it's rush hour and people are after work
I waited for 25 minutes, and all this time the woman was solving her question in the only window. And there are 4 more people in front of me.
How can you take a technical break at such a time?!
You would take turns leaving
Absolutely no one cares
RSC number 1, there are no comments on work (but I was in the morning).
But otherwise: the building is disgusting, old, there is no money on the door, everything is already old, the stairs are terrible, it stinks of dampness, like at a glass container reception point. In the very premises of the RSC, the repair was refreshed, but in general it is terrible. There is also no parking, as usual, everything is for people.
I would like to wish them a repair
A typical building of the housing and communal services of the USSR times. The RSC is located on the second floor. There is a sign on the facade near the entrance on the second floor. I had no problems with the staff.
Huge queues in the evenings. And sometimes it seems that we owe employees something else, because we are so lazy to do our job and constantly blame people for coming to them.
I really want to ask the administration - there are so many good people working in this building, make decent repairs for them, please, outside and inside.
The score is more for having it at all. It's a shame for the Moskovsky district - the repair was done in pieces and because of this it doesn't look very good (just not very much). After entering, it was like I got into the 90s

They drew up a lease agreement for residential premises. The employee provided competent advice, was polite and friendly.
The building is of course tired, strong, but the RSC itself, frankly surprised, the staff are working fast, I haven't seen any queues, everyone is friendly.
Bureaucracy, of course, and there is bureaucracy in Africa. A lot of inquiries, statements, and so on. But the good thing is that the staff are adequate and help to sort out all this game. The staff is wonderful, but the system, in my opinion, is extremely outdated. It's time to optimize already
I just came to change my passport. While I was filling out the form, I heard so much abuse. Lawyers communicate with each other like shoemakers, at least they closed the doors.
You stand in line to take samples of applications and get information, then you stand in line again to process the documents. Is there any way to resolve this already?...
The violation of the law in this number one settlement and reference center is simply terrible. There is no book of complaints and suggestions.Locked with the keys from the boss. The lawyer does not correspond to the legal information, does not know the laws of the Republic of Belarus.I ask the competent authorities to check for compliance with the requirements of the personnel of this organization for the position. To carry out a check on the fact of the absence or non-provision of the complaint book. And the refusal to issue a certificate of family composition.Lawyers who occupy these jobs do not comply with and do not know the law of the Republic of Belarus. All the documents for issuing the certificate were provided by me.
I applied for a passport replacement: the organization of the USSR-era process. Crowding in a small room, all by hand. I am sure that if employees filled out the forms themselves, and even immediately in electronic form, everything that was happening would speed up many times. In general, everything is terribly organized, but the workers themselves are good, it seems they do not even have a rest room where they could drink tea and have a snack at lunchtime
I changed my passport, I left a good impression. Passport officers are polite, competent, and patient.
I also had occasion to take help - the staff always worked quickly and communicated in a polite manner
Extremely low level of service.
Firstly, for about a month they cannot properly organize the submission of documents for the exchange of passports and registration. It takes 5-6 days to get to the passport officer. It is clear that there is a large influx of people, but other RSCs somehow cope.
Secondly, when I arrived to pick up my passport, I heard that there was no passport and there definitely would not be one today. But after several calls to the boss, the passport was mysteriously found.
The boorish attitude of the chief engineer of the Housing Office 116 in Minsk, V. A. Chikin, WAS SHOCKED!!! Without finding out the reasons to engage in arbitrariness, he walks around the entrances and turns off the energy in the apartments without warning.
A shabby, ancient building. The post office has been closed for a long time. The public toilet does not work. At least there are a couple of chairs in the corridor. Don't expect to be friendly)
Sometimes, the service is very slow, but why is clear, they try to explain the information to everyone in detail. Thank you for your help in filling out the documents..understanding and responsiveness
If you want to plunge into the Soviet era, go here. All the signs of socialism on the face . Rudeness , dirt , shabby walls that do not remember painting . Doors without handles and a bonus- the stench of fumes and tobacco.
Well, the photo itself already suggests the level of possibilities of this institution! It's a shame, that's all!

It's a pity that you can't give minus 5 stars. I have never seen worse service.

Today I had to contact this RSC regarding the registration of a child. The quality of service leaves much to be desired. The specialists do not clearly know and do not do their job. It's worth forgetting about the human attitude in this place. The young lady in the office of the head of the RSC was unpleasantly surprised. For her, talking on the phone about personal topics is more important than doing her direct work in relation to visitors.Arrogance and rudeness are her main distinguishing feature.
P.S. Before visiting this center, do not forget to take a pen with you, but not a gel pen. And if you suddenly come with a stroller, remember that there is no ramp, and there are smelly cans of paint in the so-called hall. And I doubt that this is consistent with fire safety techniques.
Zhes is not responsible for anything. The residents were left without hot water on 02/25/2021, the chief engineer does not care about anything. I packed up and went home. He was rude to his clients. I sent a plumber, but he never got there, turned home on the way.
It's normal, as in all such envies.I was there three times on various issues, no one was rude or rude.Polite treatment is the same answer.
The specialists are quite competent.
The passport officer answers the questions very incorrectly. You have to pay double for the passport registration. Is it really impossible to explain the price in an accessible language?
